Staff Behavior was excellent from reception to housekeeping, booking staff, guards and restaurant staff too. Overall I appreciate it's human talent. They perform their job duties not only with their hands but also with their heart. Restaurant food quality was also good. Felt safe, and enjoyed comfortable room facilities. Location is super safe.

The best experience so far i have exeperienced in economical prices, staff is discrete, noone bothers you, every promised facility is available, cleanliness is 100%. Food is great no need to leave the hotel for anything .

BREAKFAST AND EVERYTHING THAT I ORDERED TO MY ROOM WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS. ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND STYLISH. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER WAS EXCELLENT! PLENTY OF PARKING AVAILABLE. SECURITY WAS EXCELLENT, THERE WERE ALWAYS A COUPLE OF THEM STANDONG THERE TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE EVEN WHEN I WOULD DRIVE BACK AT 3AM THEY WOULD STILL BE WIDE AWAKE AND VIGILANT. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

Good hotel, decent location - though further away and not walking distance to the main busier part of the city. Good size room. Modern accommodation and amenities. Customer service was also fairly alright. Due to the lack of public and citizen care, the hotel was hard to reach to due to blockades imposed by the pathetic and incompetent local government of PMLN and General Asim Munir who absolutely don't give a flying f* about citizens and visitors to the country and city. Containers had blocked the roads. I felt unsafe. There was no clarity on what was happening. Sadly this property falls in the high security area of Islamabad and as long as a pathetic, incompetent and unjust government is in place, anything is possible in Islamabad and you never know if you'll be able to get to your hotel.
