Veryyyyyyyyyyy GOOD The washrooms are a little small. It would be even better if they were more spacious. Also, the lobby furniture could use more attention in terms of cleanliness.

The hotel is centrally located and offers fabulous panoramic views of the city (at least from our room that we booked but from all the restaurants of the hotel that are situated on the higher floors). Furthermore, the room itself was clean, comfortable and adequately furnished and it did feel like good value for money. The hotel also offered a variety of dining options and the quality of the food that we had at one of the restaurants was also quite nice. Generally, the staff was also polite, courteous, respectful and helpful. There were some issues on the housekeeping front that are important to raise (and the hope is that they serve as constructive feedback for the hotel). - the cleanliness of the towels in the bathroom was not fully up to the mark (there were some towels that looked unclean). - the response time of the housekeeping staff was also poor. After lodging a request to them for cleaning up the room and the bathroom, the staff did not show up for a good two hours. Upon calling again, we were told that there was no request raised by us. - Even when the staff did arrive, the clean towels that they provided were also not fully clean (some, not all). - Getting a spare bathrobe ended up being a chore. Despite requesting it and then reminding the cleaning staff to provide it, it was still not given to us.

The location is great, you have direct access to the mall and are near a lot of places in centre of Islamabad. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and smells great. Rooms are comfortable and specious. Also nice rooftop with a view of Islamabad.

During Ramadan guests are not allowed to go to the rooftop which is not fair with the hefty price being paid for the room and its services.

Room view was great and staff was very accommodating. Velvet services and room service was good.as well. The pool is small but view of it is very beautiful. In room service is expensive.

Overall excellent specially Mr. Danial Aziz (Front office Manager) was great help through out the stay.
