The Avenue Hotel

I loved the boutique hotel vibe and the fact that it was a family place. Nothing, it was truly a wonderful stay.

Everything if you want to stay nice place in Islamabad in the budget you don’t need to go anywhere else and waste the money. This is the right place for everyone. clean well behaved staff ideal location excellent room with nice washroom very comfy bed and all the accessory available for a perfect stay very modern rooms . The breakfast was a nice touch, brought to your room per your order. And the airport pick up for a larger group was very helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. The owner even checked in with us.

Location was as per our needs. F6, F7 and all central locations were 10 minutes drive away There was a bit of outside noise issue in the morning. Not too loud but a bit bothersome.

The Avenue Hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for getting around Islamabad. The hotel is spotless, the service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A comfortable and welcoming place to stay I highly recommend it! From Mr and Mrs Massih❤️

I love how responsive and accommodating the staff was and given that, I arrived early before the check-in time and they let me, which was sweet, made me feel safe as a female solo traveller, it was very peaceful, at the same and I was provided with whichever amenities, I required. The breakfast was really bland and tea was watered down and had no taste.

Location The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is conveniently situated in the Blue Area. I had booked a family room through Booking.com; however, the room description was vague and didn’t specify the type of beds provided. Based on the listing, I expected two master beds, but the room actually had one queen bed and one single bed, and it was much smaller than anticipated. Also the reception staff is not very welcoming. The room layout was also poorly designed — the washroom door opened directly in front of the beds, which felt uncomfortable. There was no air-circulating fan, and running the AC led to extremely low humidity, which disrupted our sleep. Basic amenities like a kettle or tea bags were missing in the room. Instead, guests are expected to use a shared kitchenette on the floor, which is not at all practical when you're staying with family. Cleanliness was also an issue — the commode was dirty when we checked in. The hotel does not have its own kitchen and relies on a partnership with Salt n Pepper. Even for a simple cup of tea, it is sourced from a roadside dhabba, which was quite disappointing. I had booked this place based on the positive reviews on Booking.com, but my experience did not match the expectations at all. There are definitely better options available in the same price range.

Location and ambience was good. The room was a bit noisy. Also there was door by inside the room connecting two rooms so we could actually hear other peoples talk.

Avenue hotel is best place for stay in Islamabad. Location, facilities, service and food all are 5 star. Moreover all famous tourist attractions are 10- 20 minutes away from this place. Must experience this hotel if you are planning your trip to Islamabad.
