First the room I booked online had the description of a sofa bed, however there were only sofas and not a sofa bed. Hence the online description was misleading. Second, the room we were provided this time was recently emptied and had a strong smell of weed and cigarette that was embedded in it. The staff tried to deal with it by spraying air freshener which didn’t do much and it stayed there throughout our 2 night stay. Furthermore the room was not properly cleaned.

I have stayed at Serena, Centaurus apartments, best western premier and few other places however this will be my only place to stay in future. Excellent location amazing staff and very prompt and courteous service. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping and restaurant is just amazing. Location is extraordinary right in front of f6 markaz.

Nice & Quiet , secured , great friendly staff , clean , good F-6 location , decent breakfast and excellent and polite staff . Shower water leaked outside the shower when we took a shower.

Location was ideal; the hotel was situated near a mall and many good eateries were available. As we had a domestic flight early on our day of departure, the hotel staff were able to accommodate to us and offered us breakfast at an earlier timing. -
