Good place

The location is great, the room was spacious, and the beds and bedding were comfortable. The staff and reception were readily available and super nice, and all requests were fulfilled quickly. Room smelled nice and neutral. Nice (but limited) breakfast buffet menu. Decently clean. WIFI was functional even in the basement although cell signals were weak, as expected. Flexible check-in helped as we ran later than we had originally planned. THE FOOD. Ordered 2 club sandwiches and hot & sour soup. The sandwiches were meh and didn't match the description on the menu, 2/5. The soup was awful, do NOT get it! The plug of the fridge was broken so we couldn't use it at all, and most of the wall switches were completely inaccessible. There was no tea whitener with the tea making amenities but luckily we had brought our own. The hot water in the bathroom ran out pretty quick and I was left shivering mid shower, lol. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, I saw a lot of dust bunnies and cobwebs in inconspicuous corners. And I don't know why but they took too long to iron the single suit I had given them

This was my first experience staying at Rhodium Hotel ONE, and honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations before arriving. However, I was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. The location is beautiful and very peaceful, and the overall ambiance gives a truly royal and relaxing feel. I would especially like to appreciate the staff, they were extremely professional, courteous, and well-mannered throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, very neat and clean, and well-equipped with all essential amenities, including complimentary tea, green tea, and coffee. Room service was excellent and impressively quick. I only tried their breakfast, but it was quite good and met my expectations. What really stood out to me was their hospitality at check-in, they did not rush us for payment and instead allowed us to settle in, freshen up, and pay at our convenience. This thoughtful gesture was truly welcoming and something you don’t often experience at most guest houses in Pakistan. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place, whether you are traveling solo or with family.

The room my travel partner and I both had were ones that seemed to have been ‘Lounges’ before as not a regular hotel room re: doors etc. Didn’t feel as secure as basic lock, nor had the same privacy re: sound as you will see in the pictures. This should be noted when you check in and people shouldn’t be charged the full amount. Was also surprised rooms weren’t cleaned or serviced unless we left our key? I liked the staff as I mentioned, but disappointed in the rooms. This place was recommended by a friend who stayed there a month earlier.

The management is absolutely amazing. From staff to managers, everyone facilitates and even caters to requests that are beyond the scope of the amount paid. The location is also superb!! Everything is easily accessible even by walk at times. Our breakfast was also great in terms of both taste and options, and you could access their coffee machine 24/7. We were on ground floor and the wifi was not that great. In fact, hardly worked. The TV could not connect to wifi but was connected to cable which was okay. Our room had not been cleaned but the management/staff immediately got to it. The room is also smaller than the rest I have stayed in, but nonetheless, enough for the 2 of us staying.
