Here I stayed one night. Whole night I was not able to because of bugs.complained to staff but they haven't even listened me. I remain waiting on reception to change my rooms as so many bugs in this room but they used abusive language rather than to solve my issue When I checked in their behave was pleasant but later at night when I came to sleep they misbehave with me

This hotel should be ban on booking.com they confirmed my booking and I arrived in middle of night then they asking for more money then I called Police and police given them very good listen but they disturb my stay. Nothing just wrost
