The staff was very friendly. Proximity to the beach was great. The room left A LOT to be desired. The bed was not comfortable, and there was nothing to blackout any lightning at night, so it was very difficult to sleep. It was also right next to a place with a loud band playing until around 10 PM

Closeness to the beach. The floor in the bathroom seemed to have water damage that hadn’t been fixed yet and there was a random metal object in the shower that probably shouldn’t have been there.

Room was clean, however was in bad need of repairs. I have never stayed in a Hotel that was in that condition. I never complain but in this case if it were going to be more than just a 2 day stay I would have said something. Overall property was very run down and obviously not maintained. Sad because it was so convenient and great location. The breakfast and in room amenities was nice. Would love to give it another try when changes are made. Thank you !

Not what the pictures showed. Limited breakfeast items. Had to take breakfeast back to room and eat, in which had no table in room to eat. Room was small, Needs remodeled, Room stayed damp, sheets were damp, could not get them to a dry feeling. Laid my phone on the bed and ruined my screen in which I had to pay $200 for replacement. Only King bedrooms had ocean view. Every other rooms were on side of hotel. Had to pay $20 per night for parking at the hotel. If crowded had to park across the street. Would not recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the beach was nice, but that was about it. Parking was limited, and the place was in dire needs of renovations. Also, the breakfast is only 730 to 930 so do not sleep in.

I was told that would be 100.00 extra to check in now. Which I found to be absurd. The staff did allow me to leave my bags (I was dropped of by LYFT) so that I could go get a bite to eat. So that was a plus. The location of the property could not have been better for what I was looking for. I just wanted to be on the beach and I was just steps away. So that is a big plus. Knowing now about early check in, I would hesitate to stay here again. But the location is so great that I might just have to wait until 4 PM.

Excellent location, good breakfast, very nice staff. Lights in the hall that are incredibly bright all night (we purchased blackout curtains when there). Humidity in rooms to the point that sheets were consistently damp (even with the air condition set low, which as noted by others was extremely noisy even compared to other split units).

Loved the access to the beach. There were concerts 2 doors down from the inn which we were able to listen to from the balcony which was amazing.

It’s always a great time when I come here

If you have small children or a puppy like we did, the noise coming from Windjammer next door may be an issue. They have concerts in the evening, but I will say it ended at 9:30pm as there is a noise ordinance in effect there. Not a major problem but it is something to keep in mind if you put little ones to bed before that time. Otherwise, everything was clean and easily accessible. Seaside is in a great location and the people on the beach we encountered were super friendly and welcoming of furry friends. We still had a great stay.

Overall, however, the property felt quite old and covered in rust stains and peeling paint. We heard constructiondurong our stay so renovations are occuring. The toilet in our room only worked intermittently, and the refrigerator took about a full day to reach a safe food temperature. Parking was not included in expedia price so getting to the hotel the price was more expensive. We also left with unexplained bites on our legs. I’m hoping they were mosquito bites, but given the overall condition of the inn and the bug bite placement, I couldn’t help but wonder about the alternative. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, the condition of the property and our experience with the room made for a disappointing stay.

Quiet laid back atmosphere. Parking is a little tight with larger vehicles.
-
Very nice room. Easy beach access.

Not a place I will stay again.
