We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly. We reserved a deep tissue massage at the spa and wasn’t the best. Breakfast in the Oystercatcher was pretty good.

We love this hotel to connect with family

Wonderful stay at Sweetgrass Inn at Wild Dunes. Food, people, services, and property were all exceptional. Lunch at Coastal Provisions with great service from Cate was fantastic. Chef brought a little sweet treat for birthday guest. Spa at Sweet Grass was lovely with a therapeutic massage from Angel for our birthday guest. Breakfast at the Oyster Catcher was also a treat with wonderful service from James. Check in with Virginia was very well handled and Yasmine was incredibly helpful at the front desk. Richard at Boardwalk Inn was super helpful as well as a charmer with his funny jokes. Only missed out on enjoying drinks at the Nest. Another time! Loved loved loved the stay!

This property was excellent. We will be back

Overall the Wild Dunes resort was a fantastic place to vacation! If I had to chose something that I disliked, it would be the selection of food option available on the resort (lack of breakfast options) and the Market wasn't as stocked as I would have liked but all and all it worked!

Excellent stay.
-
Excellent in all areas but Boardwalk Inn needs to be updated
-
Right on the beach

The beach is pretty These people are crooks at this hotel. This group is not honoring the booking.com price & they apparently didn’t read the fine print. Let’s charge you resort fees & $45/day parking. You have no choice here. Housekeeping was absent & made it seem like getting your bed made & fresh towels shouldn’t be expected … even if you are staying in the presidential suite. They bring out all their student summer help but have forgotten to train them. This place used to be great - new ownership has run this place into the ground. I’m not exaggerating about this place. Beware if service is on you agenda for your beach stay. Still waiting to hear about their overcharges (over $500 from what their final bill presented said.)

Great family pool for kids. Good staff.

We truly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were so accommodating and friendly. We will definitely go back!
-
Clean. All inclusive type atmosphere. Booking.com didn’t get my order right. Therefore they put me in a room with no sofa bed.

The property was great.

The AC vent in our room was dripping water the entire time. I sent a request to have it fixed and no one ever came. Also never got the room cleaned and we didn’t return to the room until 4pm still not cleaned. Had to use all our towels to wipe up water from the AC. Also did not love valet only parking bc it was a pain to get my car to go anywhere.

The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. Ocean was less than a quarter mile and an easy path. Try to get a high floor to see the ocean from your room! Not a great view but makes you feel more "at the beach"!

So cute and accommodating Beach sand was amazing Breakfast items were served quick and tasty

Everything was super clean, having all the restaurants and shops on site made it like it was its own town. Beach access was great and we were allowed to use our shibumi shade.
