Very nice, helpful, very welcoming host. Comfortable beds, very clean, very good air conditioning, perfect location, nice swimming pool. A few minutes away by car to the beach, free parking everywhere, lots of restaurants and cafes. Beach clean, water superb. We visited beaches 30min away and those beaches overrated, packed nowhere to park. This property location just perfect, you can even walk to the beach. Lots of small pretty towns 30min away from this property. Would highly recommend.

The staff is really welcoming and helpful The property is immaculate, an oasis of greenery with various fruit trees The pool is clean and well maintained The breakfast is good, not very varied but good Outside of breakfast there’s nothing on site to get a cold drink or snack or anything of sorts. 5-10 min drive to nearest shop

Our stay was great. Franco and the staff were all very welcoming. It's the perfect location, just 30min on average to multiple towns in the area.

The villa was excellent! Very quiet and relaxable!Mr. Caruso was very good to us, a proper genteman! The only problem there was is that you have to have a car to visit places, nothing nearby that can be reached on foot.

had a lovely weekend with my family. We were 7 people with a baby and a dog. The owner Francesco, Giovanni, Valentina and the lady at the breakfast are very helpful and they are wonderful people. They tried their best to make our holiday the best .. they helped us so much! thank you a lot , definitely recommend 10/10, will visit again

Outdoor area is lowly. Place is quite and relaxing .It is very well manteined. There is a tennis court, table tennis and soccer table .. Breakfast could be more richer.
