Great stay. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Exactly what we needed for our family.

Clean facility, good breakfast, easy to get to off of interstate

Our room was an extremely long walk from the lobby. To get closer we would have to climb a flight of stairs and we were in a handicapped room. Very poor layout of rooms. Outside sitting area smelled of garbage. Never stay there again.

It was good. Will be back!

The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were serviced every day and exceeded my expectations.

Property advertised it had a restaurant and it does not. Also a bar which was not open because they lost their bartender. Also promised a late check out when I made the reservation but would not honor the 1pm request (waiting for medical procedure)

Breakfast was not great.

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was recently renovated. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The towels were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choices. We stayed for three nights while visiting family. The stay was quite enjoyable. The only negative thing was that they only make up the room every other day. I didn’t get a discount for the day they didn’t make up the room so I really wish they had mentioned it at check in so I could have requested it. Apparently, it was mentioned on a small card I was given at check in with the WiFi info. We did request new towels, though, so it worked out. Overall we were pleased with our choice of hotels.

Worst hotel experience I've had in a long time. Check in took more than 30 minutes even though I was second in line. They said they didn't have a room, then said they did but couldn't find it, then found one. They charged me full price for it when they were allegedly placing an incidental hold, even though the reservation was prepaid. They said it was because of a new computer system, but the lack of training and lack of communication was unacceptable. I went down the next morning to check on the charges because the night desk worker didn't know, and the morning person couldn't answer either and told me I needed to come back after the manager got out of a meeting. I would never stay here again, new computer system or not

Beautiful clean, modern rooms. Comfortable mattresses. Convenient location. Wish it was a bit cheaper.

The property was very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were the best that I have ever had at a hotel chain. Lots of options and variety changed everyday. Good quality of healthy items too!

Water pressure in the shower was not great

I had to call on maintenance for a small issue and the young man was delightful. WARNING: There is no freezing unit in the refrigerator.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was above average

#2 Told there was food available in bar restaurant...nope # 3 Begged for a late checkout.. .nope #4 Both myself and wife are handicapped no ice on the first floor and very poor directions to locate. #5 Nice staff except no staff early at front desk. #6 Don't recommend !
