Good breakfast, with fresh fruit, had breakfast sandwich, waffles, and yogurt. Room was spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Seattle Issaquah is a very clean, modern and comfortable hotel to stay at. Staff was welcoming and very nice. The lobby and dining area are very nice, spacious and clean. The room we stayed in was modern and uniquely laid out. It had a nice pull-out sofa from West Elm at one end, closest to the door. There was a useful and large desk area that divided the room between sleeping and lounging / TV areas. Closet was huge; it was a walk-in closet that you don't normally see. Beds / mattresses were comfortable. The air conditioner was located on the exterior wall, across from the head of the furthest bed from the door. There was no way to redirect the air from being blown directly onto the person while sleeping in the bed. That is a minor issue that can be worked around. The only thing I would question was the position of the bathroom. It was centrally located in the room, directly across from the two queen beds and not to either end of the room. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, just different and possibly provides a little less privacy. Overall, would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

That night, the power went out around 11 PM and was not restored until approximately 6 AM. The room became extremely hot, making it very difficult to sleep. We were also unable to charge phones or use a CPAP machine, which raised safety concerns. In addition, there were very loud and noisy guests staying in the room above us for the entire stay. It sounded like they were running around or playing soccer the whole time, which made it very difficult to rest. Despite these issues, the hotel did not offer any refund or discount for the affected night. Breakfast was also disappointing—limited variety, often cold, and the waffle makers appeared old and did not cook properly. The waffles came out burnt on the outside and still undercooked inside. Another concern was the lack of enforcement of basic food area rules. Guests were bringing large dogs into the small breakfast space. It was uncomfortable and unsanitary to see animals in such close proximity to uncovered food, and no staff addressed the situation. We have stayed at this property before and it was not like this. Unfortunately, it has noticeably gone downhill, and we would not recommend this hotel.

Both of the above had signs on them, so they knew and let you know, but other guests we talked to confirmed that these essential items have been out of service for a while.

The location to the airport. The area around the hotel.

Hotel was fine. However, our room smelled musty and like old sweat

We loved our stay at SpringHill Suites. The staff was very friendly and helpful and everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious!

Room was clean and roomy. Quiet location
-
Great stay, parking garage was right attached to front entrance, very convenient.
-
Great place. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Has the best juice. Also has sausage gravy which adds a lot to this style of breakfast
-
Over all our stay was excellent only thing I have to say about it is that we were downgraded to a queen instead of the king we booked because they say since we booked from Expedia that if people book through the hotel directly they get priority choice in rooms
-
The rooms were large and the location suited our plans. Parking was fine although many open spots at the time, the space was a bit narrow to park a large vehicle like the rental minivan I had.
-
The staff were amazing and helpful. One of the elevators was out of use at the time we stayed there.

The room was spotless and well appointed. The bathroom door is frosted, so if anyone needs to use the bathroom at night, it’s a bit of a nuisance with the light coming through. That said, the property was clean, and had everything we needed for the weekend. Thanks!

We liked everything: quiet area of Issaquah, very clean, nice and thoughtful staff, wonderful breakfast! We will definitely go there again!!
-
I had planned on two nights but became ill and could only spend one night. Staff couldn’t help b/c booked through 3 party-Expedia. Expedia wasn’t able to get me any refund or compensation. Other than that-stay was good!
-
everything was good, but there was one staff who was so rude and not helpful
-
Clean and very nice The parking wasn’t great for larger SUVs or trucks
