I had a wonderful experience at Factuel Life Hotel and would like to express my gratitude to the management and staff for their exceptional hospitality and support during my three-night stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early and provided me with a spacious and comfortable room. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul, and I highly recommend it to others. Nothing to be mentioned

I was very impressed by this place. I will most definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was also very comfortable. A special thanks to Noorala for giving us tips on navigating the city and being hospitable! Wifi was on and off

nothing i do not like there the rooms are very unclean and very noisy all night i could not sleep i we were earning what they told in the room next to us in the morning i wentvin reception to ask for any solution for other night becouse i had payed 2 night the guy in recepetion told i will call police !! i told we do not need police we need solution from you becouse we are your gueest he told you can take lagage and go other hotel we did not sleep there that night and they did bot give back the money for one night more very rude stuf

We asked for a parking place in advance and we were promised that there will be one. When we arrived there was no parking spot and we had to leave the car in a payed parking lot.

the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was cleaned everyday and they gave us water bottles on each day they do the cleaning, the location was just perfect nothing

Nothing The room was so dirty, the bed was having the smell of dirt as I am allergic to it. The hallway was smelling the piss, and the room was on the last floor which was noisy because all of the setup of the air conditioning just on top of it.

i like the location of the hotel value for money was achieved Good facility I didnt like the breakfast. it was one way food throughout my two weeks stay.

The spa bath was a nicesurprise Breakfast! The food was basic and the staff surly. The noise - my room was at the top and I think all the air conditioning units were directly above my bed!

I didn’t like it at all and I do not recommend it… bad spot…location not that good…rooms view is the worst “ gas station”….ladies at the kitchen are rude ….rooms are so small and there are no cabinets….
