The location is convenient for fit and young people. Surrounding is not very interesting but it is about 7-10 min uphill walk to the main street, full of cafe, restaurant and shopping. The hotel is new and modern. My room was very clean with good size bathroom and shower. The room is equipped with all the necessary facilities such as safe, kettle, and slipper. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. Wifi was good and staff were friendly and very helpful. Considering the price, one of the best options to stay in the area.

Amir, Mehmet, Fikret- these three hotel employees made the stay flawless. They answer all the questions which aren't even related to the hotel itself. The place is highly recommended.

Fast and easy check-in, check-out. Cleaning was very poor: - one smashed cockroach on the wall was left and one appeared in the bathroom; - black hairs from another guest left in the sink zone; - all the cups and glasses in the room were dirty, no way for drinking tea. Location: The hotel is located lower then the level of the nearby main street. Keep in mind that you need to "climb up" a lot along the road without sidewalks.

The hotel is clean and new. Everything is great. From the hotel, you need to hike uphill to reach the major highway with bus stops. It’s a good morning exercise though.

The hotel is excellent and modern, as in the pictures. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, and the price is reasonable. It is close to public transportation. The staff is respectful and helpful. I would like to thank Mr. Hamdallah, Ramadan, Fikret, and Amir.

- Staff weren’t helpful at all, I literally had to ask them to help me with my luggage as they were watching me struggling on the stairs. - the sheets in my rooms had a big cut on it. - the hotel is near Osman bay but its on the bottom of a hill so it is a very hard climb. But what actually scared me to death was one night I was sleeping and I woke up from someone trying to open my door “thank god it was locked” and then they entered the room next to me and they were very very loud, a while later a woman came and knocked on the door and saying “room service”, from the very thin walls I could heat her and them laughing and screaming… mind you it was 4:30am. I felt so scared as I was alone in the room, didn’t know if the reception knew about them or not so I couldn’t call them to complain, and I was the only one on the same floor as them, I was room 45 and theirs was 44, mind you that it was a joint room so I had a second door contacting to them. I have never been this scared in my life.

It is close to TAXIM square, the central square of Istanbul. New construction, very clean, no noises from outside, cars etc. Temperature very good. All personel was good. I can t forget a receptionist, Imbrahim is his name, who was very very helpful, from arranging a taxi to take me from the airport and in many other ways. He gave me his whats up and was so responsive to calls and messages. He spoke english too, which was prerequisite for any communication.

I often come to istanbul, it's my first time in this part of Istanbul and I stayed in the best hotel. I am delighted with the hotel, cleanliness, which is the most important thing for me. The cleanest and most modern hotel I've ever stayed in as far as Istanbul is concerned. Modern and very similar to hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. I choose this hotel next time too! See you!
