The first room we were given on arrival did not seem ready or properly cleaned. The window was left open on December 30th, likely to air out cigarette smoke from the previous guest, so we asked for another room. The staff immediately provided us with another room on a different floor, which was larger and in much better condition. The room was spacious and comfortable and hot in the winter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, with the Aksaray tram station just a five-minute walk away. The cleanliness and overall condition of the first room we were given.

location & value for money . Very basic hotel . No tea ,coffees or water in the room . Bedcover and duvet smell like cigarettes. Really difficult to communicate with staff ( as they don’t speak English) . Very…basic breakfast.
