The staff led by the manager Ali are very helpful especially Ahmed, Salih and Etem. Breakfast is great with wide variety and delicious, constantly replenished. My room is a corner one, has good sound-proofing, clean and bottled water are given every day. Near Veniciler metro station and tram station. The famous Aquaduct is about 300 meters away. Stayed 7 nights. The hotel is a delight and one of the highlights of my two-week trip to Istanbul. Many restaurants and a few convenience stores nearby. When showering, water flows under the shower door. The staff immediately rectify it.

My wife and I chose this hotel for our honeymoon in Istanbul, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we truly felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel’s location is fantastic. It is close to many attractions, transportation is easy, and one of my favorite parts was the beautiful view of the Fatih Mosque from our room. Waking up every morning with that view was something special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a great variety every morning. It was a wonderful way to start each day before exploring Istanbul. What made this hotel truly exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person treated us with genuine kindness, respect, and hospitality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Alireza, Mr.Marun, Feyzullah, Mr. Afshin, Ali, and Mr.Eytam. Mrs Ela .. mr sabri and others ..They were always smiling, always ready to help, and made us feel more like guests in their home than customers in a hotel. Their professionalism and warmth created memories we will never forget. And I cannot forget Osman, the hotel’s lovely cat! He is incredibly friendly, adorable, and has become part of the hotel’s unique character. If you stay here, be sure to say hello to him. He will probably make your day with his calm and charming personality. Of course, no hotel is absolutely perfect, and there might be a few very small details that could be improved. But honestly, compared to everything this hotel offers, those tiny things are insignificant. For me, this is no longer just another hotel in Istanbul. This is my hotel. I have already saved it, and every time I visit Istanbul in the future, I will stay here again without even looking for another place. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon so comfortable, memorable, and enjoyable.

Clean and well maintained, great breakfast, very comfortable room The room was next to the elevator and the door is not soundproof, so woke up when the cleaning or other people walked or talked next to the door. Also location is a bit of a walk from metro

The location was in Walking distance to one of the best Metro lines and the staff were exquisite. They were friendly nice they welcome me. They were part of the experience more than the country itself. I will repeat the visit multiple times. Nothing

I had made another review for the first stay but I stayed in another room for 1 more night Still a good value for the money... Compared to first room which i had: - worse cleaning - room was in worse condition - smaller bathroom, smaller room (event it had 3 beds) - TV not working - more noise from the neighbors (especially in the bathroom)

Staff were helpful, and room was very clean and tidy. The location was also fine. Few things that i think can make the hotel much better. Despite the room was clean, there was a smell which was not good. also the room lighting had some issue.

wide spread of breakfast. Great soap and shampoo. Bed is firm and good. free tow bottles of water. decent space to open two luggages. One of the days Centralised Aircon but well the hotel mention they are gonna improve it. just open the windows for cold air. cupboard are squeaky, a little oiling may help. I am writing here to help the hotel improve. Over all I would stay there again. It meets all the criteria of a 4 star hotel and booking it last minute at such good prices is something that we needed ( as we shifted from another hotel that had no water )
