Catch Sultanahmet - Special Class

Not worth staying here. The rooms are very small, and the bed is not comfortable at all. The room amenities are limited

Everything was exceptional and the staff was very hospitable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with a view of the Bosphorus!

The staff were exceptional from the front desk, to the man carrying our luggage, to the exceptional breakfast buffet person. Yes the location is wonderful with breakfast overlooking the water where you watch the freighters. Our early morning departure offered us a to go meal for the airport that was very tasty. This place is the best Nothing

La ubicación, en pocos minutos caminando se llega a la Mezquita Azul, Haiga Sophia… la comida en el restaurante muy buena, el desayuno también muy bueno. No hay espacio para las maletas, no hay donde poder abrirlas, hay que hacerlo en la misma cama, y para mí el espacio es importante. Hay habitaciones “fuera” del edificio principal, y la mía estaba en una calle que al parecer tenía casas y otros negocios que no eran del hotel.. lo sentí un poco extraño aunque no inseguro. Si van con maletas pesadas no hay ascensor y muchas gradas. El piso del paso no es anti caídas, puede resbalar.

The room was in the second floor and we had to help the staff carry our bags up since there was no elevators. The floor of the room was covered by parquet so the sounds at night from the upper floors was very disturbing.

Great location and excellent staff. The room AC was unacceptable. We changed from an upper floor room to a lower one due to poor AC, but the lower was no better. It was after midnight before the room temperature became acceptable, even with the AC at "max"

The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every employee was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The location is also fantastic—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed. A special thanks to the amazing staff whose dedication and positive attitude truly made a difference. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, great food, and a convenient location. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great location. Could see the bosphorus and the Blue Mosque from our room It was down by the water. So to get to the land attractions, it was a 130-ft rise in elevation.

Location - The best. You are right in front of the sea. Not touristic street so the are clean and calm. Staff - The staff is incredible. All receptionist especially Gunes and Yusuf bell boy Alican are doing great. They helped with extension of our stay dates and all luggage and even if my Bag was broken. Breakfast - Breakfast is pretty good and offers various turkish options. Room - The room is not large but it is fine. The design is made in such and English-Turkish old money style. All amenities in bathroom are made with good quality products. Bedsheets are new and comfy. Guys, choose this hotel and you will thank me.

Sea front location and breakfast Bathroom and shower are separate and very tiny. No window in other bedroom

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and is situated in an excellent location for exploring Istanbul. A special thanks to Gunes at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is not your typical hotel, much more personality. Rooms are small, but functional. The breakfast is very good with great selections. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
