White Palace Old City Boutique Hotel

It was a very nice renovated hotel that had that old time charm. It was also in a nice and quiet neighborhood just a 10 min walk from the blue mosque (which you can see from the hallway windows!) /

It was an oasis in the midst of Istanbul chaos. The a/c worked well, it was quiet but still 5 minute walk to center if Sultanahmet. Beautiful bilding and Alper was a great host.

Great location and friendly staff!

This boutique hotel was absolutely beautiful and truly felt like a home away from home. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and welcoming. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Aya Sofia, which made exploring the area very convenient. The host was incredibly hospitable and friendly, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They also gave me excellent local recommendations, which made my stay even more special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and personal experience. There’s really nothing bad about my stay .

Friendly welcome

Be aware that there is a train track right next to the hotel. It was quite loud from the standard double room on the ground floor, but not very noticeable from rooms on other floors. The train does stop running from midnight to 5 AM which helped with sleep.

The breakfast was outstanding, lots of variety and the staff changed up the menu as requested. The staff was very accommodating and helped in every way we asked. The bathroom in our room was so small as to be almost unusable, very hard to maneuver and getting two people in there was impossible. Also the building is very near train tracks and you can feel/hear the train. We were on the third floor so the noise was minimal but the lower floors may experience more noise from the train and the street outside the front entrance.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean. Good location. Good price/value ration. Not a 5 star property. Next to train, which is quite loud. Staff does not speak english. Breakfast is not buffet and it is difficult to understanding if/what you can order. No elevator, it is not possible to open the windows in the room.

The property was well located close to all the tourist sites and good restaurants. The Manager kept us informed on getting around Istanbul and the best places to go. The staff were polite and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Nothing

Very friendly staff, clean, good facilities, great breakfast. The only negative (and reason for one less point for location/comfortable) is the train-rail being located just next to the window making very loud noises both late at night and early morning. Otherwise liked the hotel.
