good mattresses, it was comfortable to sleep. good location of the hotel, right in the center of the wholesale market, 15 minutes walk to the Suleymaniye Mosque, 30 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque or you can take a tram 3 stops The room was terribly dirty, we asked for cleaning, to which we were told that the cleaner would only be there in the morning. Dirty sink, toilet, it was clear that the room was not cleaned. The photo showed a triple room and three separate beds when booking, but in the end it was a small double room and they simply put a folding bed on it. We lived with my sister and mother, my mother fell on this folding bed three times and hit her head. The entire vacation, and we lived there for 10 days, they did not bring us enough towels, or two towels and one bottle of water, or all the towels and three bottles of water, but they did not take out the trash and did not bring toilet paper, every day we went down to the reception and complained, they responded to our complaints, but why should we constantly waste time on complaints on our vacation instead of living comfortably in the hotel. When we checked in, there was no kettle or telephone in the room to even call the reception. breakfasts were the same all 10 days, absolutely no variety. the dining room was dirty and water was pouring from the air conditioners onto the sofas, if you didn't see it and sat down, you had to go back to your room to change. This is my eighth trip to Turkey and the conditions have never been worse.

Worst breakfast ever same thing and no taste no English breakfast. Staff rude and hostile trying to scam us as tourists trying to book things we didn’t want and then forcing us to pay. Spa was shown on this booking but was at a complete different location

Everything was really clean, they had housekeeping come over every day to clean and change sheets, they served delicious 10/10 breakfast with unlimited coffee and tea, the staff were so kind and helpful and great customer service and helped us with every enquiry we had, overall one of the best hotels i have stayed at

It was a great person handling the management of the property. Well-spoken English with a super undrestanding of each individual guest. I have had the opportunity to talk to him and really enjoyed it. The location is great in Aksaray and full of visiting sites with easy access to buy tram, metro, and buses as well as direct coach from Istanbul International airport with just 204 TL , but if you are not a trade person or going for textiles shopping you might find it a little crowded. Busy in the day, but quite in the night.

Breakfast is ok. *Staff barely understand and communicate in English. They are using Google translate for every conversation. *If you do not know that they cleaned the room, you would not differentiate. It is very dirty even after "cleaning", hair in the bathroom floor and stained covers. *When I asked for a massage on Sunday, as advertised, they mentioned the lady is Off that day. *"Swimming pool", which is really a lake of diets and microns, is available from 2-10pm. I do not know why, since it is very small and there is no supervision! *In 1 day, I asked for a technician 3 times to get channels on the TV. He did not know how to get them! The same technician gave himself the right to sit without my permission, with his dirty clothes, on the bed to play with the TV control unit to get the channels! *I called the receptionist at night for the same TV issue, he gave himself the right, without my permission, to take my cell phone and tried to activate it in order to check if there is Internet availability! *The receptionist kept my passport, without informing me until I discovered it was missing and remembered I might have left it with him, because I forgot my credit card PIN. When I remembered, he let me pay the full bill in advance, then he showed me my passport! *I received a voucher after booking with them. That must be used as an option to reduce the final payment. They did not consider that, let me pay the full amount and said that the voucher is for confirming the booking. They did not know the rules and they lied, informing me that the manager said that. I have to complain to booking.com

Only location The cleanliness was below average, no one ever changed the sheets, tap of washbasin wasn’t very clean and was partially rusted.

Mete at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly Hotel claims to have a spa and an indoor pool, but these are all located in the sister hotel up the road. The balcony is not actually a balcony, rather a door that opens onto a metal guard rail with dying plants.

I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were The room had a horrible smell in coming from the toilets. Others members had also complained about this but the staff were not aware or say they don’t know what they are talking about. Also the breakfast didn’t have a vast variety. It was Turkish breakfast however pastry’s could also be an option if one doesn’t really like Turkish breakfast
