the location only The rooms are not as clean as they should be, the cleaning services are bad, and most of the rooms do not have views, and the door of my room does not close even when I am outside the room, and there is no water heater for tea and coffee inside the rooms, but only at the reception and the restaurant.....

Nothing, all bad Some of the staff very rude exactly mainly morning staff. The cleaners don’t change bed sheets they just flip them over. it is very noisy and dirty. Everything was bad everything. We are very dissapointed

The Hotel is near Eminonu and is close to subway and train stations and you can also walk to Eminonu ferry station or the main mosques, which is nice. WiFi worked really fast and the AC in the room was good. Hotel provided us with flip-flops and shower gels and shampoos daily, the beds were made daily. The dining area is at 6th floor and it really has a nice view to the sea, you can see the boats. - very dirty hotel, the bed sheets were dirty, I don't think they have been cleaned before - dust, hair and general dirt everywhere - bad smell from the bathroom, there was no ventilation in the bathroom and bad smell was coming from the pipes - the beds were very short, I am 1m83cm and my feet were hanging off the bed - you could hear everything from the other rooms and from outside - the cleaning staff was working and making a lot of noise from 6-7 in the morning - 2 very small lifts - the breakfast was very poor, food was not good at all (very little choices, it didn't look too safe to eat) and the dining area at 6th floor was very dirty (my clothes got dirty from their uncleaned seats / tables) and a lot of bird poop everywhere

Very friendly staff and always greeting you with a smile , very clean, room service is very reliable, very convenient location close to all tourist attractions and lots of currency exchange offices with great rates, I recommend booking includes the breakfast buffet; it offers a great variety of Turkish breakfast food and great tea and coffee options too.

The location is great. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and big enough for couples . the hotel is located in the old city and you could go everywhere by walking

The location was near all means of transport. The receptiontists were nice. The breakfast was awful..mediocre ingredients and limited options.. it was claimed twice but nothing changed. The sink in the room was never cleaned in 9 days. The room was too small and dark even in the daytime ..with a horrible view.

The hotel is clean, nice staff at the reception, the breakfast is good. The hotel close to the city center and to the public transportation, worth for money.
