Breakfast and location are very good. The staff is excellent: friendly and caring. Feels like home. Some repairs can be done, but then … it could be more expensive. And we like economy style.

I liked NOTHING at all. Only booked this hotel to be with our friends together cause they chose this one... So they moved us on 1st day to another hotel cause of issues with water supply in room, we lost half of day. Then on 3rd day they decided to pack my staff and put everything in my purse and ruined my purse and everything in it. It seems housekeeper decided to pack everything from bath to my purse. And I had dental brace's' case filled with special fluid which she successfully packed in my purse.... This hotel ruined all our vacation. Breakfast was terrible, one person can have only 1 boiled egg, served tea & coffee in plastic glasses. It's dirty everywhere. Made nothing to resolve their situation with packing my staff and ruining my purse.

We liked the hotel and it's facilities, really nice room we received on the arrival, first it was loud on the night and early morning but then we moved up the 4th floor and became more comfortable The communication between staff, we stayed in the dirty room for 5 days, telling different receptionists that we needed cleaning and we ended up leaving the hotel as it was, we had to come down and ask at least for clean towels, this is outrageous for us!

The room itself was OK, but... I still dont know why, but I spent 5 of 7 nights in another hostel around the corner. Probably because of overbooking - and I dont like this. Fortunately there were a lot of positives: good price for great locality.

Location was excellent and wifi was really good They don’t provide house keeping service everyday even if you leave the keys at the front desk and ask them to clean. We got to know few families at the hotel they all had the same issue . According to them house keeping will be provided every other day and if receptionist forget one day, then it will be after three days which happened with us as the receptionist forgot to ask the cleaner to clean our room despite us leaving the key at the front desk and I cleaned the room after coming back in the evening twice during our stay as the room was disgusting , there were Ants everywhere, bin were overflowing ,they have not been emptied for three days. Air conditioning was very low ,room was really hot after two days , we had to leave air conditioning on when we went out so room can be cold when we comeback, fridge stopped working which was fixed the next day. My son dropped his mobile phone in a taxi which dropped us off right outside the hotel, we asked them straight away within 5 minutes of taxi leaving, to give us cctv footage for taxi number plate so we can get his phone , they kept on fobbing us around for three days they left us with no choice but to get the cctv from them by force. We managed to get his phone on our last day Which was ever stressful we went there to relax not to get stressed and ruined our holiday .If they would have given us footage earlier we would have got his phone earlier. Neighbourhood is really friendly and good people.

Everything was good except the customer service Booked for 5 people but gave us room with two double beds. After very long request manager gave us 1 pillow. Toilet basin was blocked from the first day and shower taps also broken. No shower in the hotel for 6 days. Complain several times but no result..

The location is good and the room we had (502, for 3 people) had a small terrace The bathroom needs repairs urgently. The shower was broken and they tried to fix it with a piece of rope (see pictures) … WHAT??? Additionaly, there was a hole in the wall serving as ventilation shaft The third bed was uncofortable and placed wired, in the middle of the room. It seemed that the room was for 2 and make it for 3 on spot
