Friendly staff. We could leave our bags for the day as we had a late flight. Nice lobby Bathroom wasn't clean on arrival - hair on the floor, dirty floor.'Access to spa' doesn't mean anything - you have to pay for everything like anyone off the street. Rooms were smaller than they appeared in photos, and badly renovated. Dirty floors - when I dried up some spilt water the towel was black. Breakfast was not very good

Our room was on the 5th floor and fridge didnt work

Breakfast was good for the two of us. Location was about 20 minutes to most places of shopping and the tram line. mostly, everything was good, however, some improvements could be made in the bedrooms.

Good location. The 'deluxe' room was broken, dirty and ended up with a huge leak in the bathroom that ended up meaning we had to change rooms. Lots of things were not as they advertised - including a lovely section of loose wall that could have fallen on anyone at any point in the corridors. When we eventually complained after the bath leaked all over the floor/my stuff, I was met with a lot of shrugs and rudeness. My boyfriend, on the other hand, seemed to get a lot of apologies. Across my stay there I noticed a lot of other women being spoken to rudely - or completely ignored in the first place. A real shame.

Very nice staff. Helped me out and speak with transfer company. It's the best hotel for little family for it's price. Please make more power sockets and repair one in room 103, and also consider writing the password for WiFi in the room.

Kind staff

There was nothing to like about this property. We were fooled by the property photos and in reality the property and rooms are way too different and awful. Except the entry area this property is dirty and awful. The property owners are making guests fool. The room give to us as family of three was extremely small with broken toilet and shower. After they tried to fix it they changed our room with again broken shower. We had no choice but to live with it. Next day, middle of the night staff open the door with separate keys and got into our room. We were frightened and we could not sleep after that night properly. my child had terrible time. Breakfast is way too basic and they charge 5 euro for omelet that is insane. We did not even had breakfast at this place. After all these the manager just cold blooded said ‘sorry’. Stop scamming people, tourists don’t have options to just walk out of the property middle of the night.

Great location. We were put in a different room from the one we had selected, an issue that we noticed only after we left the facility. The lady cleaning the rooms and assisting in the kitchen was not AT ALL willing to communicate and help us with basic questions that arose. In addition, the room was not really clean, the curtains were ripped and the walls were peeled off.

Breakfast was great, the staff was amazing. There was a big tour group that was a bit obnoxious, but that's nothing to do with the hotel - I hope they prosper from the big business!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! When we arrived at the hotel and went up the stairs to our room, all the floors of the hotel were full of construction materials (floors, cabinets, sinks) everywhere. In addition to many things scattered around, it was also unsafe, the pieces of flooring/sinks had sharp edges. TOTALLY UNSAFE! The man at reception did not apologize for the inconvenience caused by the construction, nor did he even tell us that the hotel was undergoing construction. The booking said that breakfast was included. When we arrived for breakfast we saw that a simple omelette cost €5. I asked the man at reception (and there was another man who seemed to be the manager with us) if coffee was included because there was a charge for the omelette. In the rudest way, they replied that in any hotel it would be charged. So I asked what would be served for breakfast (because they only serve one dish on the table), they told me to wait and I would see. I felt completely offended by the way they spoke to me without showing any respect to the customer, and no respect to a woman. On our last day for breakfast, there was no cereal, no bread, no cup to serve coffee or glass to serve juice. Dirty cutlery and tables missing napkins. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, which we ended up not using because it was rusty and had some stains that looked dirty. The men at the night reception were very polite and helpful, the ONLY positive point of the hotel.

Pleasant

Nothing I book a triple room. To my surprise, it was super small. Luggage had to be kept in front of the door, it have a min bare space to move in the room. You have to move your luggage to get out of the room. The bed is fitted in a corridor! Even a a bedside doesn’t fit next to the bed. Ha, the shower, you can’t turn around, imagine how small it is. We ask for an update of bedroom. We got a family one, it smells moisture. The wallpaper are teared several places. No shower only a bathtub. oops, you can’t even stand to take a shower in it, it has low incline ceilings above it. It has a carpet all over the stair, it was raining, it’s all wet, old and smelly. Sofa bed not comfortable at all for the third person to sleep in. We could heard a creepy sound when you walk around the room. Flooring was a sort of pvc, but it seems to be damaged..

Good

The coffee machine. The breakfast was horrible and did not go up to the expectations of the reviews. The only options were cereals and coffee. The photos of the rooms are incredibly deceptive, as our room was the smallest room I have ever been to. The clean lady did not even change the bed sheets. I have proven photograhs that the bed sheets were the same before the cleaning lady went to clean the room. The bed sheets would also not even fulfill the whole mattress and the pillows were always on the mattress and not on the bed sheets. Additionally, the mattress was all dirty. The wi-fi also stopped working and after insisting with staff to help fix it, i had, myself to go and reset the router which fixed the problem. All that staff were saying was that it was a problem from outside and they would simply not help. We have also found a syringe in the bathroom behind the mirror which enhances the lack of cleaning that the hotel has and which is very uncomfortable. Furthemore, the maintenance people also entered our room without knocking on the door, invading our privacy and showing the security the levels of the hotel. Finally, the curtains were all ripped, making it look like a haunted house.
