Location, cleanliness, and friendly staff

The apartments are exceptionally clean, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it, booking two in total. We would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked. The apartments are spacious and well-designed compared to others in the area. Selami, the host, was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with our arrangements. The rooftop is nice and clean, we had our breakfast there every morning, it's close to the tourist attractions and small parks, the street is really calm and quiet. Same as pictures. I would definitely come back when I m visiting Istanbul We loved our stay.

The location is perfect! It is in a cute little spot nestled between two parks. You can walk to tram stations easily and you can walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Egyptian and Grand Bazaars, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops. The unit is very small, and there was only one AC unit in the living room. Even with the bedroom doors opened, they rooms still were very hot it was uncomfortable to sleep in. We asked the owner for a small fan to put in one of the bedrooms, but he didn’t have one. There was a back door to a patio, but it didn’t lock, and we think someone came into the unit when we were gone. We left and when we came back the TV was on, we had never once turned it on during our stay. It was really weird

Location is perfect - close to all major attractions (we did everything on foot) and close to a supermarket. Great opportunities for running. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The host went out of his way to help us to get transport from and to the airport, store luggage after the checkout, and improve the internet. We could not wish for more. Thank you! Great value, location/price, on a quiet street, next to two parks, large enough grocery store 3 min walk. The apt was very clean, perfect as a place to sleep while exploring. Host Selami was very nice and helped us arrange transportation.

Location and an easily reachable host. No dishwasher, an under-equipped kitchen, and central heating that cannot be adjusted. Additionally, there was excessive communication regarding payment, including a phone call from the host asking if I preferred to pay in cash (euros).

Comfortable apartment, excellently located just a few blocks from the mosques, the Basilica Cistern, and the Topkapi Palace, as well as several restaurant areas, yet on a quiet and peaceful street. The manager, Selami, was always very kind and recommended several city tours to us. He also went above and beyond by acting as a much-needed translator when my son fell ill. Upon seeing doctors arrive, he made sure to come and check if we needed any help. We had a wonderful stay and are very grateful to Selami.
