Friendliness of all the staff at the front/reception desk. Most especially CETIN. They always have a smile on and are ever ready to make your stay very comfortable. Their response time to request is ?. I also love the location, very close to The famous Zorlu Mall and Cevahir mall. All reachable with few minutes drive/ walk I had a change in travel plan and needed to check-out a day earlier that booked, and they tried all the could to make it possible, even though I didn’t booked my reservation directly with the hotel but with booking.com. They advised me on the best way to contact booking.com to get it resolved cause I was unable to modify directly in the booking.com site. And through all this, they ensured I was comfortable and got what I asked for following booking.com email response to them. I love the variety of breakfast, especially their chicken quesadillas & & potato croquettes❤️ The rooms are always clean. However, they could do with little improvements e.g a small rug and some aesthetics. The same applies to the restaurant, it needs a face lift.

Stayed for five days and it was a terrible experience. The reception kept trying to squeeze extra money out of us even though we had already paid everything in full online. Completely unacceptable behavior—definitely would not recommend a place where the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. Despite us having fully paid online, they still tried to charge us extra for no valid reason. It felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of guests.

Good location for business trip. Very helpful, attentive, and friendly staff ? Good breakfast buffet and good sized rooms The feel and look of the hotel is a little outdated, and the room I got last time definitely used to be a smoking room

Everything was really nice with the hotel except that there was the smell of cigarette smoke coming out from the ac vents or other vents in our room. This was a problem which was reported to the reception but they couldn’t do much to fix this apart from opening up the windows (it was locked) or offering to help with room fresheners. Apart from this, it is a great place to stay! I recommend it.
