staff , location nothing as expected

Location and comfort. The people at the reception we all so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Definitely staying here whenever I come back to Istanbul

Great location in the old city, steps from the grand bazaar.

Very clean

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean and well appointed and the breakfast was good and plentiful. We had no air conditioning and it was hot in the room. It would have been more comfortable if we could have cooled off the room. The staff said to open the windows, but it took quite a few hours to make it cooler and it was noisy with the windows open.

The staff in general particularly Mr Huseyn and Mr Ilgar were really supportive and friendly during our stay. The breakfast, cleaning, location, and rest everything was quite comfortable and high quality.

Convenient location between two tram stations, suite with separate twin beds for the kids, delicious breakfast The suite is a bit small for a family of four, and quite noisy (right next to the tram line and across street from two mosques); room service was ok but they forgot to refill our shampoo one day and missed the foot mat in the shower the other day; shower was designed badly with only a half glass door, so the bathroom floor gets very wet after shower (can be a slipping hazard).

Room for improvement on breakfast options.

Location is good. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The location is good as it is walking distance to main attractions. However it is a bit difficult place for taxi to stop. I did not like the attitude of the staff. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the grumpy reception with a nasty attitude. I read the reviews from other people which were so good that’s why I booked this hotel so it was quite surprising. One of the blond lady at the reception was smoking outside the entrance which I thought very unprofessional. When we checked out, the same lady asked us to rate them “10” on booking.com, which again, I think it was unprofessional. It is not their position to tell us to rate them “10”. We also had some luggages when we were about to leave but no one helped although there were some staff were standing there. Overall, I personally thought it was not worth for the price we paid as this hotel was not the cheap hotel compared to other hotels.

Staff is very nice and supportive, location is great Small rooms, we reserved three adults room and they gave us twin room with additional bed sticked to the existing bed which made the movement is chalenging. Picture is added for future client experience. It have nothing to do with the three adults expected room.

Prices of spa were surprisingly quite expensive.

I especially liked the location of the accommodation — it was convenient, pleasant, and made it easy to explore the surrounding area. In addition, I would like to highlight the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and flexible, always ready to assist and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The food was also excellent – fresh, varied, and delicious, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Altogether, it created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that would definitely make me want to return again.

I really liked the location, it was very close to everything — a wonderful spot. The woman from the cleaning staff was very kind and helpful. Also, having a Starbucks in the hotel was a great bonus, and the Starbucks staff member was very friendly. The breakfast could be improved, and I felt that some of the staff could be a little more welcoming.
