I only have one remark and it is unacceptable that the shower head is not functional!

The location is 10/10 if you enjoy nightlife, having drinks, dancing, and being close to the city’s energy. Istanbul is a fantastic place to go out for a beer late at night, and this property puts you right in the middle of it all. If you want to enjoy your stay even more, I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony if you’re lucky enough to find one. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Despite reading some reviews about noise before booking, I slept very comfortably throughout my stay. The reception staff were amazing—very kind, welcoming, and always positive. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, especially when arranging a taxi to the airport and answering any questions I had. Their hospitality made the experience even better. The only downside is that the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. Light sleepers might notice noise from neighboring rooms, although it wasn’t an issue for me as I’m a deep sleeper.

Nice staff and very convenient location. Very gross old carpets that smell of dust and tobacco. Our sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and random hairs. (we got new sheets when we asked and the staff was nice)

Amazing front desk staff who were always willing to help with every request. The location is very good and although the hotel is on a busy street, I had a windowless room where I heard no noise from outside. The amazing location in Kadiköy is a bonus too. Only one minor complaint. The room had all modern conveniences, including a TV with every big streamer on it. The carpet, howoever, needs replacing - there any cigarette burns on there even though it was a non-smoking room.

Terrible! The 5 star reviews are not real and I fell for it. The bar area can be heard with full blast music until 5am, with smoke entering in the rooms. We got no sleep at all and the staff didn’t even try to help.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Someone had smoked in the room before my stay — I found ash on the carpet near the trash bin. The room had a terrible smell of cigarettes, which made it impossible to sleep. Since the room has no window, there’s no way to get rid of the smell. I reported this to the reception, but nothing was done. I’m glad I stayed there for only two nights. I’m now very sick with bronchitis, and I believe staying at this hotel was the decisive factor. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Only location is exceptional Facilities are getting older. Smoking smell is everywhere in the room. First floor pub area and it is disgusting when you are passing through pub area in order to reach your hotel room. Plus, noise comes from neighbor rooms

The room was quiet and clean with lovely ambient lighting. The bed was perfect for relaxing after a day out. Location made walking to restaurants and metro very easy. We appreciated the smooth check-in. Staff were polite and helpful.

When I arrived my room was dirty, but after complaining they change my room for a clean one. Also during all stay (4 days) there was not any internet (WiFi) there and since I had my business online meetings, I spent a lot of money on roaming internet

Clean good location young and nice staff

The hotel is located in the heart of Kadikoy surrounded by bars, cafes and shops. Very easy to go anywhere - Moda, metro station and a pier are in 10-15 minutes walk. Note it’s very busy aria, you either need to be highly tired to sleep well or go out and have fun with all other people :) Unfortunately it turned to be disappointing. The room is really tired and definitely needs renovation. A carpet on the floor and walls were covered in stains and dirt. I made a request to check in from 14 to 15 in advance and received approval on Booking. We checked in at 14:50 and found out that shower was pouring in all directions, human hair was everywhere in the bathroom. When I asked to change the room a receptionist said something like “the room is clean and shower was working before your arrival and may be it’s you caused the problem. And note that you’ve checked in earlier than supposed to have”. It was outrageous and rude, especially after the early flight and waiting for check in. They fixed the shower but the impression was spoiled. Other receptionists were nice and polite.

Disappointed – Not Worth the 8.8 Rating I don’t understand how this hotel has an 8.8 rating. It feels very misleading.

The location is good The room was quite small and not well soundproofed — everything happening in the hallway could be clearly heard. The furnishings and interior were very dated and in need of renovation. The carpet had burn marks, there was exposed foam around the door frame, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The shower door was broken, which made using it uncomfortable.
