Great location, and a comfortable bed The Hotel looks tired, it needs some investment to make it look better. It could be shabby chic, currently it’s just shabby. The bedding doesn’t fit the bed, no cleaners, had to go and get our own towels etc, no bin for waste. Bathroom door handle and toilet kept coming loose.

Nothing, it was far over priced for what you got. It was small, dirty, smelly, hot and the beds were uncomfortable.

The location is great. I had stayed at this hotel several years ago. I felt very comfortable. I returned, but found a completely different environment. The place is less maintained than used to be.

Location is good We've been guests at this hotel twice in the past, but something went wrong this time, and the hotel has significantly deteriorated. The room had a strong sewage smell. The toilet was dirty, and the shower had very poor water pressure. Overall, the room was in quite a bad condition and very small in size. Additionally, we witnessed an incident with the staff, which I'd rather not describe here, but I'll say that we didn't feel entirely safe at the hotel.

The location is really great and the internet works perfect. The room was not clean. The electricity blackouts in the room. Definitely not soundproof as it claims. You can even see the light from the hallway constantly turning on.

Absolutely nothing I did not like anything about this hotel, the room was dirty, there was mold in between the tiles in the shower, the floors were dirty, the bathroom still had hairs of the previous guess that stayed in the room, the safe had no batteries so it did not work when I told the staff they replaced it with another safe which also did not work with the batteries, overall it was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Location only I was not given the right room at first night and requested clean sheets as the existing one was used with many hairs and some bugs on it and the duvet had blood on it. Staff just gave me the sheet with no intention to clean or make it. Next morning I complained and then I was moved to the real "standard room" with no apologies. I had to ask for Wi-Fi as well as the existing one did not have any signal besides no mobile data due to the location. The price reception gives to the customers in person was much lower than online price. It was a very disappointing experience at all!

The location is very close to Kardikoy central, 5/6 minutes walk away from the food and shopping facilities. The bathroom was very nice, looked like it was newly renovated. My wifi was not very good, did not connect in the room and when it did the service was very slow. My room had a whole in the wall that didn’t look very good.

It is well localise, near everything social activities. It was dirty, nobody came to clean the room, not enough paper toilet need to ask the reception. There was no window in the room, so smell humidity and the ventilation was very noisy.
