The location is great, next to Besiktas Square The stairs to the hotel, otherwise the property was good.

Love how big my suite was! Very clean & professional friendly staff! I did not pay for breakfast when I booked it, but when I was about to pay for my breakfast, I was told it’s a courtesy of the hotel! The breakfast was super and everyone was amazing and sweet! It’s close to the phosphors and the staff were so kind and helpful

We had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with our requests. We had reserved a suite, which was very clean and provided a homely atmosphere. The view from the suite was breathtaking and will be greatly missed! If I come back to Istanbul, I will stay here again ?

We really liked all the amenities in the room. The room had a fantastic view of the Bosphorus, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this place. Nothing specific to mention — everything was as expected, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Location Poor cleanliness-the floor wasn’t clean when we first arrived we had to ask for someone to sweep it off , Netflix didn’t work, the room cards weren’t working & the spare key had a trick to open the door otherwise we couldn’t get in, no view as shown in booking

The Location was one of the best in Istanbul, The Stuff was completely friendly and helpful, The Room was spacious and clean and has all facilities. The pillows was a little bit tough

Location and cleanliness. Layout of room was great. Living room, kitchen and separate bedroom. Very spacious. The entrance. Not very suitable for accessibility customers. The wifi was not very strong. Had to sit closer to our door for it to be a full bars.

The location is wonderful and the staff are amazing ?? The stairs that lead to the hotel were not suitable for older people or kids.

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk around a lot on foot, the bus stations are also close by, so you can reach all the important sights you want to visit in a few minutes, or let's say you visit many large shopping centers for shopping. I must especially praise the great trio (Tugce, Ali and Tarik) - who make sure that you feel comfortable in the hotel. If you take a room with a view of the Bosphorus, you will enjoy a wonderful view. Be sure to visit this hotel and I wish everyone who comes a pleasant stay and a good time in beautiful Istanbul.
