Whole thing N/A
-
Due to closing time of SPA, the staff in the SPA kind of pushing the customer out of facility, which made me feel stressed in stead of relaxing that is something customer needs to feel in the SPA.

Very very good service.

The service is impeccable. Edges Shangri-La Bosphorus. Beats Kempinski Ciragan by a mile. We are yet to stay at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus and The Peninsula, but I will be very surprised if Four Seasons isn’t superior. The grounds are equally phenomenal. Marble flooring that covers all the private Bosphorus embankment is simply the best, especially when compared to dated and crumbling tiles of Kempinski Ciragan. We visited the outdoor swimming pool as well as the indoor spa area, and also enjoyed the fountains, greenery and beautiful pieces of art. We had dinner at Aqua restaurant and then went to Assouline bar — both are top notch. Taking a sea shuttle to a sister hotel at Sultanahmet was the highlight of our stay — so next time we will probably spend a couple of days in Four Seasons at Sultanahmet. The room was rather basic for this price category. Still great, however in Shangri-La we had a better room at less than half the price. The mattress was too soft despite my Four Seasons profile (which I added my reservation to) states I prefer medium firm mattress. Breakfast is prohibitively priced so we haven’t tried it.

Only the location nothing else Is this a real four seasons? Very Old furniture, three starts hotel breakfast buffet, super tight lobby, no single decent resturant in the hotel and the only bar closes at 12am!! But, what made the stay even worst the super rude staff specially in the breakfast resturant, they lack the basic hospitality skills to deal with a guest such as simply saying good morning or offering to seat a guest!! except the reception team they were super welcoming and attentive. By the end of my 8 days stay at four seasons isranbul, i was honored to be offered a complimentary breakfast and fruit salad to make it up for me ?? I wish the GM reads this message and takes it in a way to improve the team communication skills that do not exist, improve the quality of the breakfast buffet in terms of variety and quality and considers adding at least one decent restaurant/bar, end of the day this is a four seasons hotel that charges around USD 1000 per night!

The price was too high comparing to hotel facilities ,the only good thing there is location ,its facilities in comparison to other well-known hotels like Swissotel is much less than expected, Also when we wanted to check out sooner that our previous plan they increased the price per night 20% and one of them claimed we had a discount because we reserved for 4 nights and the discount is for 4 nights and more and because we are leaving sooner we must pay the extra-charge, the interesting thing was that when the first reception staff who had said that left us ,the second staff come and told us that the discount is for 3 nights and more, they even didn't say the same thing! when i told them that i haven't informed about this in any kind ,they didn't explain and said this is their policy, I would appreciate if you check this matter and let me know about the result All the best
