Emirhan Hotel - Adults Only

We booked this hotel for my mother based on the photos and reviews online, but the experience was disappointing. The room had visible cleanliness and maintenance issues, including what appeared to be mold on the bathroom ceiling and a dirty mattress placed outside the room. We contacted the hotel immediately, but our concerns were misinterpreted as being about the absence of an elevator rather than the condition of the room itself. My mother felt uncomfortable enough to check out within two hours, and I had to arrange alternative accommodation the same day. I do not recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect, staff is great, they are very attentive and kindhearted. Big recommendation for this hotel.

Everything was excellent. The property is at an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plenty and good quality. Thanks! :) Bevare with the taxi drivers, especially near the public transport area, they are basically criminals. (Nothing to do with this with the property/staff tho, this is a completely different problem.)

Welcoming and hospitality of the receptionist, spacious and clean room, quiet street, many restaurants nearby. A turkish breakfast is served at neighbouring hotel with a beautiful view over old Istanbul from the roof terrace. I've got a room at Emirhan Guesthouse&Suites since Emirhan hotel was overbooked and the room was of a higher class than I booked. Absence of lift which is usual for historical buildings may be considered as a small inconvenience by some.

Perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul’s Old Town, this hotel is a gem! Clean, comfortable rooms, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Steps away from top attractions, it's the ideal stay for exploring the city. Highly recommend for an unforgettable experience!

The location is quite handy and the price was good as well. The stuff also very attentive. It can be a bit noisy and a bigger hairdryer would help!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was great, right next to the famous mosques. I loved the breakfast! Sometimes the smoke from outside was blowing in the room.

The best place you can have for that price! Located in the very heart of the center. Every attraction and the tram station is in a walking distance. The staff is very kind and helpful. Provided useful infos about the area, also showed us the nearby restaurants, grocery stores, exchange and others. The breakfast is nothing special. Simple with a little variation but plenty and enough. Even made us coffee. We had the attic room with separate beds. It is quite small but since we were always out the city, big room wasn"t priority. Great for short visitings! Definietly coming back when we visit Istanbul again. Everything was great

The location Noisy during the night Reception did not reply when I called to complain about the noise at 01.30am !!! Management could not have cared less !!!
