However, I didn’t like the visitor policy. Charging an additional fee for a visitor who is not staying overnight felt unnecessary. I think this policy should be made clearer before booking. Other than that, everything was fine.

The location is nice as it is close to the ferry station. The staff is nice as well. Breakfast is so-so Without too much choice. The light is too dark in my room and with strong fragrance smell. There is no separated glass or door for shower.

Rooms are small, but on par with all properties in this price range in Istanbul. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was the standard bread, cheese and olives, but had some nice extras. The property is very well situated for the Asian side of Istanbul with Old Town, the harbour and public transport all within just a few steps.

Location was amazing very close 5 min to port and to Metro

Location Dirty, not always enough hot water for the bath, not enough storage space for basic things, towels in terrible condition, the rooms are old and broken, the room has a very small window, ants are running in the bathroom, wi-fi falls off all the time, they leave adverts for some gold exchange offices in the room, every once in a while they forget to give out a set of towels.

It was in a quiet street in Kadikoy quite close to the port. It is beyond basic: not even a plug to charge phones. It was full of insects and I got horribly bitten during the night. The staff was inefficient and didn’t even share any information about breakfast hours (the buffet was really poor anyway).

Location only I am deeply disappointed with the receptionist, Parish, at this hotel. He was unwelcoming and completely uncooperative. In fact, he is one of the worst receptionists I have encountered in my life. This is the second (and definitely the last) time I am staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, the same behavior from this employee was evident again.

Excellent location Room clean The lift was very noisy. Whenever someone used it during the night I was disturbed .

I like only the interior room design, except the door because there’s a gap that I can hear everything when people walking and closing their doors, and the sounds of the elevator, I can hear every single thing very uncomfortable. And even the shower doesn’t have a glass partition when taking a shower all the waters are flowing and getting wet the whole bathroom floor. I had a very disappointing experience at Emirtimes Hotel. I specifically requested a high-floor room but was given one on the 2nd floor. I also requested a quiet room, yet I could hear people speaking from downstairs, as the rooms are not soundproof at all. Additionally, I asked for a non-smoking room, but there was already an ashtray inside, which was very frustrating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable—too hard, with noisy old springs that made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the AC wasn’t working, forcing me to open the window just to get some cool air. When I raised these concerns with the reception, they told me there were no available rooms, yet when I checked Booking.com and Agoda, it still showed availability. This felt dishonest and unhelpful. The worst part was discovering bedbugs in the bed. I couldn’t sleep the entire night, constantly worried about them. For a hotel rated 4 stars, this experience was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
