Good The staff can’t speak and understand Englis . Only Turkish people can stay in this hotel. It is very difficult for English speaking people to stay there, when even the reception person doesn’t know English. He is not any help

Location One of the worst hotel in my life. I requested room for non-smoking people. Guy from reception ignored this request and reject to cancel reservation and return money back or change my room (because overbook). Conditions in the room are really bad, especially for non-smoking people.

I didn’t taste the breakfast because I had to leave very early in the morning Noisy street, door hinches neet to be fixed or lubricated, and cleaning little bit more to be improved

Location Was fine. Close to metro station and bus transport. Hotel Was under renovation due to this upper floor was difficult to reach. Breakfast was not available as restaurant was closed due to renovation and breakfast was arranged at another hotel. Furniture in the deluxe room was quite week/lose Electric cattle was so dirty that may be did not wash for days. Tea was not available in the room.

Location and few people from the stuff were friendly. It lacks cleaning. I asked for a non smoking room and the room was smelling cigarette. The room is dusty and toilet needs deep cleaning.
