I booked a Deluxe Family Room, but upon arrival we were given a small triple room that smelled of cigarettes, stains and mold were visible everywhere. The water in the toilet would run by itself during the night and woke us up. The next morning we complained and asked for a Deluxe Family Room as stated in the reservation. After touring the city, in the evening we were given a double room that was in better condition than the first one, but there was no third bed for a child. We complained again and finally got a room that matched the description and pictures in our reservation.

We don’t like the smell of the toilet. When we reported it there was no action done. They just said to close the cover of toilet bowl. It didn’t address the issue. When we request for new towels and tissue it takes so long to deliver to room. The towels are worn out, with holes. The breakfast served for the 12 nights of our stay are the same, no variety. We like the location, coz it’s near the metro, ferry, restaurants and shopping area

Great location, you can say the perfect: restraunts, shops, pier, metro station, all nearby. The Shuttle goes to the airport every 60 min. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Delicious breakfast. The room was large and bright. Fresh repairs are required in some places. The furniture looks tired, although I have nothing against retro. The worst is the tobacco smell which is everywhere, including the non-smokers floor. I think the hotel owners should invest in air fresheners if they do not want to recaive negative reviews.

Only the location There was constant noise generated by outdoor unit in front of the window, I turned off my ac but the one upper was annoying and so I couldn’t sleep and also the water was dripping

Absolutely Everything was best. Room cleanliness, beautiful sea view. Welcoming and helpful staff. Prompt intervention when called. Breakfast was great. Close to shops, train, bus, ferry. Only issue was leakage in bathroom.
