Location was convenient to the jetty and main metro station. I only needed an overnight stay to connect to the airport so it served its purpose. The AC and bed was fine but that was about it. You get what you pay for. The room is tiny - I could only open my suitcase on the bed. I was traveling alone and only staying a night so I didnt mind this. The bathroom water pressure was okay, but you could see hairs on the floor tiles, and the tiles were not super clean.

The room doesn't look bad. Card payment accepted. Booked at the date of coming. 1. It seems to me that despite I booked a double room which was a little larger, I was placed to a single room of smaller size (you can easily see the difference in photos) 2. Check-out time indicated was 12-14. At 13 I returned to my room to pick up my things and found them raked to one corner by cleaner, so she made up my room at my absence. Probably I was meant to check out at 12, but this was unclear. 3. Probably they should get rid of mildew in the bathroom

Location was good. Room was very clean when we arrived. Room wasn't cleaned in next days even we asked for it. Each time we needed to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.. It was raining in bathroom from next floor and they didn't even bother to check what is going on.

The Internet was disconnected due to a construction conducted by the county next to the hotel building. At least the construction started at 8 am during weekdays.

The staff was always nice, ready to help you anytime, giving advices to what to do or to go. They speak english and russian and are really friendly. I would improve the cleaning and the attentiveness to what the client needs when cleaning. I would put more plugs, a rack or something in the shower to hold shower gels and shampoos. The bathroom window can't be close properly and I would add the minibar service and other services in house.
