Had an unexpected additional treat getting to play chess with Murat. If you like a game please challenge him, he beat me 3 games in a row! A fun time. Leaving

I was supposed to have a call one day when I stayed, but the WIFI did not work properly anywhere. Moreover, the stuff was talking very loud next to me, even though they were aware of the call.

The location was within minutes of Taksim square. We booked a twin room, which appears to be the smallest rooms and you wouldn’t be able to fit anything but carry-ons. At first we got the room on the first floor which was just dark and a shoe box. We got to move to the 6th floor, which at least had a skylight. The normal window gives you direct wall view. Towels had stains and the rooms weren’t cleaned. They only restocked towels, did beds and (after asking) restocked toilet paper, but no cleaning as you would expect. The spa area is in the basement and very dark, you also need a swim cap to enter the water.

Location I had a very bad experience at this hotel. When I arrived, my room key card did not work. I had to go to the reception several times, and in the end they gave me a real key. After we checked in, we wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water. When we asked, they said there was a problem with the main heating system and it would be fixed in one day. However, no one informed us about this problem before or during check-in. We stayed for four nights, and there was no hot water during our entire stay. We were told to use the only shower on level -4, and we had to wait for our turn every time. The Turkish hammam also had no hot water and the steam room was not functioning! Housekeeping also had problems. They took the used towels but did not leave clean ones. We had to ask for towels every time. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Sardar, Berk and the other guys were very nice, they let you fill you are at home..

The pics were far better than the actual place The rooms have windows that open to a wall although they didn't not advertise them as so. The fridge was also funky

They didn’t give us bathrobe, we needed to ask and the staff were not very gentle or polite. Also 2 days they didn’t give us towels in the room.

-
the sauna and pool the room was too small and the water from bathroom was leaking
-
The room was smaller than expected but the bed is big and comfortable

The hospitality of all the staffs. From the receptionist and the ladies who made our daily breakfast buffet. The pool, sauna and massage were amazing. Nothing really.

I stayed at the Endless Art Hotel and found it to be a nice experience overall, but not without some drawbacks. The staff were very friendly and even made the stay memorable by engaging in a fun chess match right at the reception — such a unique touch that I really appreciated. The sauna and indoor pool are definite highlights and added a nice wellness aspect to the stay. However, some parts of the experience fell short. My room felt a bit claustrophobic, and the pillow didn’t seem as clean as I would have liked. The reception area and spa were also quite dark, which made the atmosphere feel less inviting and not as relaxing as I had hoped.

The location was on point It was in the middle of alot of neighborhoods near Taksim near Nişantaşi and very close to a bus stop The staff were helpful The facilities were good also I stayed for almost a week it was very comfortable staying no problems . You need to specify the room so u can have a good view ,economy room doesn’t have enough lighting in my opinion

The stuff were great. Everything we asked was fulfilled and the informations we asked for, were correct and helpful. Location of the hotel is very good. Food was classic continental. It was tasty. The pool is sweet. Not so big but clean. We took economy room. The room is too small, you cant move around the room. We hardly had place for our baggage. We got a room at the first floor. It was too low and the window view was the next buildings wall. Very dark and close to stairs that were under the window. Enyone can jump in. So we kept the window closed. The toilet wasnt so clean, everywhere were malt. No ventilation. There were two of us and we got only 3 or 2 towels for both of us. The hair dryer was broke, but they change it very fast. It all looks much better in pictures on booking.
