Super clean, location is great, accommodation is perfect, staff very helpful.. everything you need is just easily put in this hotel. It’s my go to whenever I stay in Istanbul. N/A

I booked 2 rooms . They upgraded it to suites just to keep us happy. Amazing staff Walking distance to Taksim and attractions. Again very helpful staff Good WiFi Nothing.

This hotel experience was not good and did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property. - Check-in after a long flight was extremely slow, with only one person managing the front desk for a hotel of this size. - The room was not properly prepared upon arrival. The bathroom had no trash can or soap, and one of the upstairs phones did not work. - Housekeeping service was poor. Coffee and other basic items were not replenished unless we called the front desk. - Even when housekeeping staff were nearby, asking for simple things like water bottle replenishment resulted in being told to call the front desk instead of them grabbing it from the storage room right next door. - Front desk staff came across as rude and often did not let guests finish speaking. - The microwave in the room did not work. Even after a technician came to “fix” it, it still did not work. Eventually we gave up because by then we were tired of dealing with repeated issues and just wanted to get out of the hotel. - Check-out was equally frustrating. Guests are told to come down 10 minutes earlier because deposit refunds require a “manual” credit card process. I’ve traveled globally and have never experienced this at a 4- or 5-star hotel. - Elevators barely worked and took an extremely long time during the day. They only seemed reasonably functional late at night when there were fewer people using them. - I also noticed many hair transplant patients staying here, so clinics may be contracting with this hotel. Patients should be aware and consider asking their clinic for a different hotel option during treatment stays.

Price for the space Reception lady came and she was pushing for 10 rating immediately which i didn’t like. Hotel needs to upgraded

Great location, good breakfast, nice lobby, friendly staff, quite many facilities A/C temperature felt like it was controlled centrally, and the pool’s water was too cold. Gym timing was not easy as I’d expect it to open earlier than 10AM

Amazing hospitality

Everything was perfect! Amazing hotel, people, city, country! Highly recommend! The water in the pool was a bit colder than we thought... Manageable though, but then the facility is a bit cold as well and being wet becomes a problem.
