The hotel was spotless, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and every member of the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. Special thanks to Salim for the warm welcome and the fantastic room upgrade, and to Ogoz for his kindness and support throughout our stay and at check-out. I give the hotel 10/10 and the team 20/10. An amazing hotel with very spacious rooms and beautiful views! The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options. Percin was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing, started perfect that day, people inside hotel specially the front of house they are so rude and not educated , maybe they thought we are like the current and low quality of client what they are used to have . Dirty cleaners , your cups inside room washed with their fingers inside and no soap and directly put it on its place, it was a disaster hotel and service, room service 4000 you call they say yes but really one situation next day he cames I stayed from 16/06/2026 till 25/06/2026 I was expecting after complaining to the PR With vip clients to the situation go in positive but no it went worth specially about this subject they don’t deliver you your packages to the room if it’s coming from outside which I might understand but also here situation different inside hotel they don’t have doctors and special services for special cases so I did call outcall services specialists in my health issue problems they delivered me everyday box inside special food for not destabilizing the current daily progress of my health and it’s really important for me and informed them your hotel don’t offer this so I brought from outside and it need to be inside fridge but no they kept on reception without and it was a fight every morning to tell them at 6:30 am please to the room no we don’t you come and take it plus I was renting the superior suite and not regular room to he highest standard service but no didn’t happen honestly for whom want to enjoy for 1 night stand in hotel inside Istanbul it can work this one but for spending with family , or business or friends it will make your stay feeling like hell I don’t recommend and but you will never feel what I felt if you don’t live it

Location The bathroom was full of bathroom mold. Bed was unfortunately not comfortable. In addition not very helpful staff.
