I love the high quality and cleanliness. The location is a plus for me as well. Although I am getting bored with Istiklal street. Honestly I cannot say anything negative.

Being a 5 star hotel, it could use a wider variety of restaurants. The cable TV did not work properly (many of the channels did not work - room 1006).

While the hotel is somewhat old, it has been maintained professionally. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing.

The rooms are really nice and the bathroom is really good. And very clean. The staff members could be better to be honest because some don’t speak English and they don’t seem to excited to be working at the hotel. Also the view is average.

For sure I will be back once in istanbul again. When I ordered the room service, the guy who bring it, the first word he said was Tip is not included. I am already paying more for room service. I am just wondering now if I didn't give him the tip or if I didn't have cash, he didn't give me my dinner?

Very clean and well maintained, super supportive staff, walking distance to Taksim square, amazing ambience, very spacious rooms and washrooms (never had the luxury of such huge space), amazing breakfast with lots of options full of freshness & cleanliness. You need cab to go to main attraction points, windows need more of sound proofing as windy nights can be noisy. Little over priced (10% may be) compared to other similar properties with better location offerings.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. Every thing was great.. the assistant manager Hanieh Baghestani was very helpful and did an excellent job to make our stay very pleasant. Erdogan was our waiter and he was also very helpful too.

There is no pool at this property. Was a bit disappointed that 5-star hotel did not have a pool.

Location was super. Staff were super and professional. I won’t forget Shaheen and his colleague smartness and creativity during check-in. As well as, intelligent Gulfem and Hamid during check-out. The sweetheart Fatma from house keeping. I stayed in a family suite of 3 rooms. Despite the central location, we were blessed with the valet parking service free og charges. I extend my appreciation for remembering our valuable birthday with a complimentary delicious chocolate cake. For a first time, I was expecting my reservation will be added to my Barcelo membership without restrictions and difficulties but unfortunately, I informed that due to reservation was not direct so, I won’t be eligible which is a bit upsetting and illogic in well known hospitality factory.

Location, spacious room, cleansing, staff are helpful. One of our room was no rug under the bed, the glass window not sealed which cold wind get through.
