Perfect location

The location is excellent.. the staff is helpful.. good varied breakfast The rooms are small for a couple with their luggage

The breakfast was quite limited and didn't meet my expectations. There wasn't much variety, and the overall quality could be improved. The location was excellent. It's within walking distance of Taksim Boulevard, Istiklal Street, and many shops, restaurants, and cafes, making it very convenient to explore the area on foot. Our arrival experience could have been warmer, as the staff didn't seem very friendly on the first day. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was much better. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and eager to help, and they even upgraded our room free of charge, which was a lovely gesture.

The bedroom is so small and the ?️ not comfortable for tallers

The staff were professional and very helpful. I would like to give a special thanks to the two girls at the reception; they were very friendly and welcoming, although I forgot to ask for their names. I am very disappointed with the laundry service. They damaged a T-shirt that is very special and valuable to me. I expected much better care and attention to personal items.

Location My booking was for triple room but they provided double room , AC was not working. They gave promises to solve the case but not solved till last night.

I really loved my stay! We were placed on the top floor with an amazing city view. The room was great — it had everything we needed: a fridge, coffee, tea, a balcony, and bathroom amenities. For the price, it was truly a gift. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They arranged an affordable but very nice transfer for us, and when I forgot my backpack, they kindly returned it to me — luckily I hadn’t left the hotel yet. I will definitely stay here again! -

Location is the best! 5 min walk to the airport shuttle and to the Taksim Square, but in a peaceful street in a safe neighborhood. The staff took perfect care of us, being available for any questions, serving coffee/tea in the evening when we were sitting in the lobby, lending us umbrellas when it was raining. The breakfast offered many options. Our room was clean and they cleaned it every day. They also stored our luggage after we checked out. Thanks for the great stay! The bathroom was a little bit small and the room was not really soundproof, but that's ok for a short stay.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient and close to Taksim Square and public transportation. The hotel did not match the photos or the description shown on Booking.com. The room quality was far below what is expected from a 4-star hotel. The facilities and overall condition were disappointing, and the experience did not justify the price paid.
