Location, sauna, price Feels old, a lot of wear and tear

The location is great! The stuff is also really nice, everything clean, the breakfast was also good (not too much options but still everything needed). For its price the hotel is really good

Rooms are nice clean and decent size. However the bed sizes are not what they claim. We booked a triple room with king and single bed. The king bed was about queen size may be a bit smaller for sure if not same size. It was uncomfortable with 2 kids and 2 adults on queen and single bed. They had offered free crib for the baby but had no cribs available in the hotel. Staff was rude, not really helpful. Even the staff at restaurant were not polite and in general very rude and were forcing for tips

The only issue I experienced was related to my delayed luggage. The airline informed me that it was on the way to the hotel, but after waiting a couple of hours I wanted to contact the local delivery company. Since I don’t speak Turkish, I asked the front desk for help, but they told me to use my own cellphone to make the call. I found it frustrating to use my international phone to call a local company when the hotel could have assisted. I believe hotels should be able to help guests with local calls in situations like this.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service.

However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, and basic greetings such as “hello” or “good morning” were often not acknowledged. At check-in, nothing was explained to us. We were not informed about hotel details, facilities, or any important information regarding our stay. Apparently, we received a room upgrade, but this was never mentioned during check-in. We later realized it meant a smaller room on the 9th floor. While we appreciate the gesture, it would have been better to inform us in advance or at least ask if we agreed with the change. When I arrived late one evening, I was asked to show my room key before entering. I understand the security intention, but since no ID was requested to confirm my identity, the process felt more like a formality than an actual check. With a more professional and welcoming attitude from the staff, the overall experience could have been much better.

It was amazing experience, the staff were super friendly from valet to duty manager. Location is amazing, easy to enter by the car, near to metro and of course just next to Taksim Square if you want to have a walk there. The food was only ok, Turkish cuisine is rich with really tasty food. Could be better.
