So before 2 days i booked and paid , when i arrived after a long flight, they told me they are full and they dont have room , the stuff were shocked and so polite but they owner maybe her was manager shouting on me and said ‘ i dont have room go somewhere else ‘ he was so angry and shouting so load but bcuz of booking system problem I showed him my payment but he didnt care, after the receptionist talked to him , he called another hotel to give me a room , the new hotel was so far from this hotel, but the stuff helped me to move . After they apologized and texted me so many times so i forgot them , they really didn’t have any fault about this situation. , but my problem is with booking.com customer service , we called them so many times , i texted them 10 times and asked for help, they didnt even care , the booking.com customer service don’t care even if someone kills you , still they didnt reply

The property was super nice and good and located in good area The lighting of the room must be improved

Absolutely nothing. The hotel was disgusting and the worst I have ever been to in a third world country Bed was bad, no cold air conditioning, mould in shower, no air so had to leave the window open which led to the roof and was a major security risk

Only the location I requested two separate beds. The request was accepted, and they mailed me back saying it would be fulfilled. But they never kept their promise.

Really Nothing All things, starting from reception until check out. Dirty carpet and bad smell in the rooms, smoking smell at every where. Staff are not professional, furniture is old and broken. anyway bad experiance. next time I will pay in other place littel extra more for high serveses.

I urge everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel until they can guarantee a safe and clean environment for their guests. I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant due to an extremely concerning issue: bed bugs. Having traveled extensively over the years, this was the first time I encountered such a problem in an establishment, and it was truly horrifying. Bed bugs are horrific insects that hide in bedding and furniture, emerging at night to bite unsuspecting guests. Even budget hotels should maintain a basic standard of cleanliness and safety, as this situation is not only unpleasant but poses serious health risks, especially for individuals with allergies. I checked in for two nights and only became aware of the bed bugs during my second night. In the morning, as I was rushing to catch my flight, I didn’t mention anything to the staff, especially since I had only noticed a couple of red spots on my skin and didn't think much of them at the time. However, I've since learned that bed bug bites can take up to 10 days to fully manifest. A week later, while in another city, I was horrified to see my body covered in terrible spots, with the red areas becoming inflamed. That was when I realized those bites were indeed from bed bugs in this hotel. My holiday was ruined; I suffered from allergy reactions due to the bites, experienced severe itching, and felt embarrassed to go to the beach. Even a month later, faint traces of the bites are still visible on my skin. What’s most disheartening is that the hotel staff must have been aware of this issue, as bed bugs leave unmistakable signs on bedding. I struggled with the decision to write this review, feeling disillusioned and recognizing that no amount of feedback would restore my health or compensate for my experience. However, I understand the importance of warning future guests. This hotel should be closed until they thoroughly address and eliminate the bed bug problem, a reality they likely acknowledge.

There was a contineous and uncontrollable flow of water in the toilet. It’s a waste of water and the ac made noise so I had to turn it off to sleep. I like the room, the bed and the location!

Location I recently stayed at Cuento Hotel Taksim and had a very disappointing experience.receptionist was very unprofessional in their welcoming When I arrived at my room, I was greeted by a trash bag left at the door, which was a poor first impression. Upon entering, I noticed the lighting was very dim, making the room feel unwelcoming.To make matters worse, the bed had an unpleasant smell, which was very off-putting. The worst part of my stay was discovering insects in the room. This made it impossible for me to feel comfortable or get a good night's sleep.Due to these issues, I cannot recommend Cuento Hotel Taksim and will not be reserving a room here again.
