Location ,rooms are clean .staff Noise all day &night from the other rooms though I changed my room but still same no sound proof in rooms.photos are different than real,breakfast need pure butter &nice coffee .

بشكل عام استمتعت بإقامتي في الفندق، وأكثر شيء أعجبني موقعه القريب من كل شيء، بالإضافة إلى أن طاقم العمل كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين جداً. وأخص بالشكر الموظف كينان، كان محترماً جداً وخدوماً وساعدني بكل ما أحتاجه خلال الإقامة. هناك بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة النزلاء. مستوى النظافة يحتاج إلى اهتمام أكبر، حيث وجدت شعراً على السرير عند وصولي، كما أن المناشف لم تكن مريحة لي وتسببت بحكة في الجلد بعد الاستحمام. كذلك لم تتوفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل فرشاة الأسنان أو معجون الأسنان، وأعتقد أن توفيرها سيعطي انطباعاً أفضل للضيوف. كما لاحظت أن اللحاف الموجود في الخزانة كان بدون غطاء، وهو أمر يحتاج إلى عناية أكثر من ناحية النظافة والترتيب. أما الفطور فكان عادياً جداً ويحتاج إلى تحسين من ناحية الجودة والتنوع،، إذ لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع. أشكر طاقم الفندق على حسن التعامل، وأتمنى معالجة هذه الملاحظات لتكون التجربة أفضل مستقبلاً.

In your website you allowed for changing the date . I sent email and sent the hotel I did Not get a reply concerning changing one room date and they charged me for both rooms while I was using one room

Good cleaning There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo in the hotel room. Also, the room slippers were of very poor quality. The towels were not very clean.

Great value for the price. Excellent location near Istiklal Avenue and very helpful front desk staff. The spa facilities were a nice bonus after a long day of walking.
