Good cleaning There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo in the hotel room. Also, the room slippers were of very poor quality. The towels were not very clean.

Great value for the price. Excellent location near Istiklal Avenue and very helpful front desk staff. The spa facilities were a nice bonus after a long day of walking.

The hotel reception was ok, BUT they booked me a 2000lira yellow taxi transport to the airport, they said the price won't be higher. When the taxi driver picked us up and drove us 20minutes from the hotel he wanted more money, we tried to explain about the deal, he didn't cooperate and dropped us. I called and messaged the hotel, called reception, they didn't answer. First time in Instanbul, never again. BS

Poor rooms, with old sheets and towels. There were no robes or toiletries in the room, only soap. There was also no chair or armchair, only beds.

Staff is very friendly, room is clean and location is great and close to Taksim bus station and tunel as well as the Metro station There was some noise from the next or opposite rooms but its ok.

Always the best as usual Always breakfast, we don’t really feel like it’s clean. It should be a different layout and maybe a toaster will be good and the coffee which if I understood nobody likes.
