Location.. service.. facilities.. cleanliness.. During breakfast, guests are not allowed to pick up pastries or bread they want.. a staff must bring them to u which is a bit offensive. Moreover, some pastries are not fresh

Overall great value for money, in close distance basically everywhere and very nice and helpful staff. the breakfast were nice and hotel room clean with comfy beds. We should have spa included which was also confirmed by the staff upon arrival that spa is open till 23:00 and it is included. It is stated also on information panel in the elevator. However, when we have arrived at 20:00 to SPA, the employee informed us that we have to pay as free entry was only until 18:00. it was really disappoint as we have planed our day not to miss evening sauna.

I would like to sincerely thank the team of Golden Age Hotel Istanbul for the excellent hospitality during my stay from March 22 to March 29. From the moment of arrival, the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and throughout the entire stay, the team was always ready to assist with any request in a prompt and courteous manner. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after busy days in the city. The hotel’s location is highly convenient, especially for those visiting the Taksim area, with easy access to key attractions, restaurants, and transport options. Breakfast service was diverse and of good quality, offering a pleasant start to each day. Additionally, the overall ambiance of the hotel reflects a balance between comfort and functionality, which is highly appreciated for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would confidently recommend Golden Age Hotel Istanbul to anyone visiting Istanbul. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Big Thanks goes to Zulal , she was very helpful and made sure everyday during breakfast that all the clients are good and happy in the hotel and she is very helpful and friendly and what ever you ask her she will try her best to help you out , And all staff whenever you need anything they will do it immediately and they have gave us 1 hour extra after the checkout timing. Their is a bad smell in the lobby , the food smell of the restaurant reached to the hotel rooms , needs to be more clean

My booking number is 6796747130 (PIN: 2600) at Golden Age Hotel Taksim in Istanbul, Turkey. I booked a Superior French/Twin Bed room with street view for my honeymoon. However, upon arrival, the hotel provided a standard room, which was not what I booked. In addition, the bathroom was damaged and water was leaking into the room. We contacted the hotel reception immediately, but they said there were no available rooms. On the second day, after further discussion, they informed us that they could change the room only if we paid extra fees. They also pressured us by saying that because of the New Year season, we would not find another hotel if we left. Because of this pressure, we were forced to pay the extra amount directly to the hotel. Even after paying, the room was still not the same category as the one we originally booked. This situation was not our fault and caused stress during what should have been our honeymoon. I am requesting a refund of all extra money paid and your assistance in resolving this matter fairly. The breakfast, it was strange that they closed the bread area and you need to ask someone to give you bread by saying this one no that one which we didn’t like it and Istanbul is famous with the variety type of bread which we usually enjoy it

Staffs are very professional and very helpful Specially Hakim and Hussan they are really kind and very helpful, other than reception staffs are so kind d and professional I don’t know the exact name all are very cooperative except one reception staffs who was bit non cooperative but his colleagues sort out this issue over all , all are great Everything
