Location and the staff at the reception were friendly. The exhaust fan in the toilet was broken. The AC system is centralized can’t switch between heating and cooling.

Despite visiting Istanbul many times, this was my first stay at this hotel and it truly exceeded my expectations. Everything was exceptional: the service was attentive and professional, the interior beautifully designed, the location perfect. The staff made the experience enjoyable with their warmth and care. A special thank you to Ahmed for being such a wonderful host ?

The room is wide and clean The waiter is explaining clearly for all facilities, but a little longtime took , I didn’t know if he wants tips or what just I was tired ..

This is my second time in the hotel, the location is great 2-3 mins walking to the metro. The room was big and great, the staff are amazing they help you and always nice. The breakfast was good but not too many options, and if u want omlete they charge u extra.

Staff was not courteous.. specially in restaurants They ignore my wife’s need for gluten free food and she got sick .. they did not allow to take coffee to our room .!

The location is amazing, walk distance from the main pedestrian street. Many restaurants, stores, transport nearby. The hotel itself is a good choice. But don't expect too much of the staff. The staff is awful, they barelly spesk English at the front desk. At the restaurant, forget, they don't speak English at all. In a 4 star Hotel, at least English is expected. And, if you're having breakfast, 15 min BEFORE the closing time, the waitress comes to your table and start taking everything off (napkins, sugar, salt, ....).

We enjoyed breakfast buffet. It had a variety of food including salad, cheeses, hot food, bread, and soup. The hotel rooms were small and was difficult to move around with big suitcases. The location was in a busy street with a few other hotels and could hear noises from the street at night.

the hotel was amazing the location and the rooms the staff are very helpful MR. Ali was helping us and guide was what ever we need the location was near taxism squre around 5 min walking also the room fit for 4 family member 2 adult and 2 kids and the breakfast need to be better and the cleanliness to be improved, everything near the hotel rust. supermarket, coffee shops and also for shopping

The hotel facilities are excellent, but the rooms are not soundproof with exceptional noize, especially at night (no privacy)!
