The property is located near Taksim Square, and the staff is both professional and friendly. They took great care of us from check-in to check-out. Upon learning it was our anniversary, they provided us with a beautiful room and complimentary sweets. Even the manager, Serkan, was very accommodating, offering us a late check-out when our flight was rescheduled.

Location is very good The house keeping must be more professional with her work to look every detail in the room as a 4 stars hotel , clean better and hotel must take in consideration to find out a solution for the showers that it fill up with water and go along the toilet , Breakfast is very poor , sometime there is nothing nothing to eat and no option , everyday are the same And sometimes there is no simit that it must be everyday on the turkish breakfast

The hotel was everything I hoped it would be. The staff especially at the reception were amazing and made check in and check out very easy. We were offered late checkout because I was traveling with a baby. Sarkan and Barel were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The highlight of our trip was the pool and spa as well as the hotel location (walking distance to Taksim Square). I would definitely be booking here again!

It was wheelchair friendly Check in time was 14:00 . 14:30 the room was not ready and continuously telling us that the room will be ready in 20min. They don’t make up the room even we requested to do so. Staff were rude . And cleaner come inside anytime and tell us to get out to clean.
