It has a great location and clean room and comfortable bedrooms. We didn't have internet for four days, and the breakfasts and coffee were low quality with limited options. The Turkish spa was out of service.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. The hotel management needs to pay more attention on cleaning. The rooms need immediate renovation. The hotel entrance and reception area are dark. The breakfast hall is not nice and the variety of the food at breakfast needs improvement.

There was a little issue at the beginning with the room but the staff were very helpful and cared about our request and need and resolved the issue the best. The hotel is well located and clean, quiet. We were there last year and this year and will be our choice again.

The location was perfect for traveling around the city. Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Our room was amazing, not to mention luxurious, and breakfast was outstanding!

The staff was very good and courteous. Kram at the front desk was extremely helpful - we had an early morning flight and he allowed us to checkin early and also upgraded our rooms. Also, the location is very convenient - right adjacent to Taxim with a short walk to Istiklal street, the metro station, bus stations and funicular. The breakfast was very basic. The room was a little dimly lit and could do with more lighting. Also, the amenities were a little outdated. The room did not have proper soundproofing and noise from outside was easily heard despite the window and balcony door being closed. However, the neighborhood was quiet at night (there werent any bars or pubs next to the hotel) so it didnt bother us while sleeping at night.
