The staff were kind, friendly, and always helpful with my questions. Even though I had booked a standard room, they gave me a better room since they had availability, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was also good. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from İstiklal Avenue. The breakfast was average — decent overall The room was very small, especially for three adults, and there was hardly any space available for luggage or personal belongings. Another disappointing aspect was the airport transfer arrangement. Before our arrival, I was offered a transfer service online at a higher price than the one displayed at the reception desk upon arrival. Although I had already accepted the online rate, I found it unfair that guests were being charged more than the standard price shown at the hotel. When I raised the issue, the explanations provided were unclear and unconvincing. Overall, I found this experience unprofessional and disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this hotel.

Perfect location. Nice breakfast. There were hairs on the sheets and blankets of the bed, the sink and toilet were dirty, only a few of the staff members spoke English.

Exceptional receptionist Mr."hasan" very helpful and responsive. Room dimension height wise, barely fit for a 1.9m guy

The location is great and the room was clean. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was small but after I tell the reception they offer to change it with another available room which was bigger. So everything was fine

If this is your first time in Istanbul and you want to explore the historical sights of this city, you should book a room in another region. This hotel is located in the city center, where the main shopping street runs. The room was noisy, you could hear all the conversations from the hallway and the crying of children from another room, as well as the annoying noise of ventilation from the bathroom.

Super great staff!! Ali helped with everything, everything. Great English! Dining staff wonderful. AMAZING BREAKFAST, even the famous honeycomb dripping beautiful honey right on the buffet. Super exciting part of town.
