Fidan City Hotel

The noise isolation from other rooms was very poor. We could hear any kind of conversation. The cleaning was not so good but also not too bad.

great location, clean and comfy bed. great value for money.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The bed sheets have strong cleaner smell, didn’t sleep well as I heard the people next to my room. Good for 2 nights max.

The Location Was Very Good / Its near the down town and all the places that i like to go for it / The room decor Was Simple and nice Inappropriate employee behavior , Especially the room cleaning staff , they wasn't clean until put some tip for them ,, and when they clean , the if they clean the put a not clean bed cloth , in all of my stay they clean the floor only 1 time , i tried before hotels in Istanbul ( Taksim ) and they was clean everyday / everything . it was not easy to have some Coffee and White suger , i bought many times from outside. and in the morning it was not easy to use the elevator Because the House keeping Team put there equipment's inside it, so you should use the stairs from the first floor until going up or down !!! Really it was So bad ! i will not go there back any more and my stay was expensive compared to the very poor service

Best location next to Blue Mosque, , tram, restaurants, … i return to room often to recharge, have a snack, use the toilet…. Extremely convenient. Room is small but price reflects this fact.

Close to Taxim and the staff are very helpful and cheerful specially Deniz and Hussein.

Great location and very clean! The guy at the reception in the morning was amazing very helpful and polite! The mattresses are very hard like you lay on the floor. other than that everything else was very good!

I had an excellent stay. The value for money is very high. I was surprised to find in the room things you don't expect at a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

Location is good ,near to airports bus, near to taqsim square , istiklal street..

All staff was perfect and kind. There was a dirty tissue on the katle, which made me hate the katle, and I will never use it at any hotel. The bed mattress was not too much comfortable. The neighbors were too much noisy and speaking loudly until 2 am

The hotel is nice and is in a prime location. The staff very sweet and very helpful. I wish the soundproofing was better since you can hear everything that’s happening in the neighboring rooms or the hallway.

Close to Taksim, the street is lively and has all services All rooms are the same size, specifications and service! Why do you write in the room reservation that there is a standard room, a deluxe room, etc.? This is not fraud and deception regarding the room specifications. Why did you pay more for one room than the other, even though they have the same specifications, size and view?! The furniture is worn and old. The bathroom has a foul odor coming from the floor drains.

The location is great. Close to everything and not noisy. Excellent price-quality ratio. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby and it gets very, very hot.
