The staff were very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We appreciated the excellent service, convenient location, and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again.

I arrived at the midnight, the hotel is just one minute walking from the Havaist bus stop, surrounding with many cafe stops, restaurants, and stores. The room is cosy and clean, the bed is super comfortable. Staffs are friendly and speak good English.

Burak and all staff in the hotel were extreeemly supportive and helpful! The hotel is very clean and provides all necessary stuff to make your stay comfortable. It is very close to Taksim square and Havayist bus stop. Very good location in regards to logistics

This is our second stay at this hotel, this time for two weeks. The hotel is very conveniently located: just a three-minute walk from the shuttle stop for both Istanbul international airports. The staff is very friendly. I'd like to mention the comfortable room layout (we had two separate beds) and the daily high-quality cleaning. Our birthdays were during the stay, and it was a surprise and a delight when a small cake was delivered directly to our room for my wife's birthday. And several times when we returned in the evening we found a surprise fruit plate or cookies waiting on the room table. We will choose this hotel again in the future. It would be better if there were more sockets near the beds and the table

Location is excellent and just next to airport buses. Room size ( twin room) is good. Hotel provides welcome fruits and farewell treats. Room was hot. 26 degree C in room even in April. No response for adjusting the thermal control. Mattresses are a little bit soft and old.
