Burak and all staff in the hotel were extreeemly supportive and helpful! The hotel is very clean and provides all necessary stuff to make your stay comfortable. It is very close to Taksim square and Havayist bus stop. Very good location in regards to logistics

This is our second stay at this hotel, this time for two weeks. The hotel is very conveniently located: just a three-minute walk from the shuttle stop for both Istanbul international airports. The staff is very friendly. I'd like to mention the comfortable room layout (we had two separate beds) and the daily high-quality cleaning. Our birthdays were during the stay, and it was a surprise and a delight when a small cake was delivered directly to our room for my wife's birthday. And several times when we returned in the evening we found a surprise fruit plate or cookies waiting on the room table. We will choose this hotel again in the future. It would be better if there were more sockets near the beds and the table

Location is excellent and just next to airport buses. Room size ( twin room) is good. Hotel provides welcome fruits and farewell treats. Room was hot. 26 degree C in room even in April. No response for adjusting the thermal control. Mattresses are a little bit soft and old.

We were in Room 207...ask for it! We had a corner room with a king bed & lots of space for our suitcases, etc. Great staff for check-in and out. We paid extra for the breakfast buffet...and worth it! We could safely walk to all the Taksim shopping, night-life. Also the buses to the airports are an easy two block walk.

I had a wonderful stay at Nippon Hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for such a warm welcome. The all staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is excellent – very convenient and well-connected, making it easy to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was also outstanding and truly appreciated. The room itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend Nippon Hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality! Everything was great, no complaints.
