Exceptional breakfast and friendly staff members. Location is also the best, very close to Taksim square but far enough to become quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Room facilities are getting old and require some renovation. Also cleaning should be better. If you don’t drop something under the bed or behind the sidetable, no worries. In addition to that, wardrobe was not enough for 2 people staying. If they set up a mosquito net to windows, that would be great.

I loved that it was reachable to everything and not in the center of noise , you’d be able to sleep properly at night. It’s close to bus stops. Easy walk to the tram easy walk to the train. I wasn’t really happy with one of the reception, he was rude and didn’t really know how to communicate with guests, I diverted the situation to the manager, and he was very helpful and well communicated , anyway it wasn’t something that couldn’t be handled.

It’s was clean ., breakfast is very good The staff , staff was not welcoming., little bit kinda rude ., no body was on the desk when we was there for check in ., no body help us to take our luggage no carts was there , drags the luggage on the stairs didn’t see any slopes for luggage

Clean, cozy and location is great if you using the bus commuting from/to airports and even if you using other means as well

You may pick complimentary Fruits at receptions. Lifts are very small and scary.

Quite Clean hotel comfy bed after tired day I Istanbul location is perfect near metro and bus station breakfast average the room is small with small window and small bathroom

Very good location and everything around you can find , one minute to bus station from-to the airport , few minutes to Taksim square an Estiklal Street , a lot of supermarkets and restaurants Only voice of nightclubs around until very late after midnight
