The hotel was comfortable, clean and in the perfect location. Staff was always smiling and helpful as well as professional. Everything requested was provided in a timely manor and the cleaning staff were all kind. There was a button in the room you could request cleaning service. This was a wonderful option. The pool is large and clean. The spa services had many options which was nice. This hotel definitelymet the 5-star experience. The restaurant did not meet the hotels high rating. Cold chicken, forgotten menu items upon deliveries, communication was difficult. The restaurant food, delivery and dine in tasted similarto fast food. I was dissapointed to hear 'shower caps were provided' meant you have to pay for them. It was not expensive. I went to the spa to schedule a massage, sat down and was being helped. A man sat down and the employee stopped assisting me and started helping this man. He had called someone else unbenounced to me. I had felt his priority was with the man and I chose not to get the massage and bath and we went to the pool. The light on my side of the bed was flickering on and off randomly.

Location is amazing near metro station, bus station and Taksim square. Breakfast is good and the view is amazing. Room is midsize and clean. Staff are helpful.

Service is extremely professional by hotel staff. Mr Oguz from reception gave us a late check out, mrs. Funda from housekeeping cleaned my room very well and she was always smiling. And Merve was the most polite and friendly person I have ever met.

Near location, nice staff, clean hotel, everything just as needed. Need a little bit maintenance for the facilities but was more than okay for what is needed (well equipped.)
