The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good, not much of variety but it was delicious, the room was big and clean, and the location of the hotel just 5 minutes away from a metro station and taksim square was amazing. The bathroom is a bit tiny.

Very central location

The staff is absolutely lovely. They are very helpful and ready to help. The hotel is clean and just near the airport shuttle stand. There was just a little bad smell in the toilet but the problem was not because it was dirty,in fact it was very clean.

I stayed at this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately it did not meet that standard. The breakfast lacked variety and became repetitive, which was disappointing. The room was also quite small and did not provide the level of comfort I expected. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and in need of renovation. In its current condition, it does not reflect a true 4-star quality. I hope management takes these points into consideration and makes improvements.

just i like the lady in front desk in the morning time shift she is so nice helpful smiling there is a guy working too but not the in charge in the both shift morning and night they responsible for the hotel rate goose down . regarding the breakfast manager the old man he is a nice helpful smiling understanding thanks for the nice people whose working there and the man in the bar he is nice too the night shift is the worst if you asking about any think them answer sorry its in he night when i came i though there is a bottle of water as usual in any hotel 3 star not 4 ok ?? i need a little water for my medicine then he answer me you can go outside there is a store you can buy from him and i asked him if you thirsty what you drink he told me i am going to leave the hotel and buy the water ?this is them answer sorry . the bathroom not for hotel 4 star specially the small bag of shampoo and the bodywash and i asked for 2 queen bed before and they said by email they will help and approve but in the real in get nothing

Location and staff especially Mr. Murat he is amazing and always makes sure the visitors are satisfied.

I really liked the breakfast it was good and had some variety every day. The staff at breakfast were also really kind, especially Mr. Emre, who was always nice and sometimes brought us tea with a smile. The reception staff, especially Mr. Hedyat and Mr. Omer, were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Omer, who went above and beyond he suggested great places to visit and eat, helped with transportation advice, and even called a technician late at night to fix an issue in the toilet. When we decided to extend our stay, both Mr. Omer and Mr. Hedyat were kind enough to help us move to a room with a view, which made our stay much better. The room wasn’t very spacious and the lighting wasn’t nice, especially in the rooms without a view. The cleanliness wasn’t great either. Our room was booked for three people, but we only got two items (like drinks and towels). When we asked the lady to bring a third one, she complained instead of just helping. We also mentioned the cleanliness issue, and later an older man at the reception came and started shouting at our room, even though we weren’t saying anything. It was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable.

Location When we left our hotel room, we closed the door and then tried to open it to make sure it was properly locked. To our surprise, the door opened without needing a key. We then noticed that something had been placed at the top of the door, preventing it from fully closing and locking. I reported this to the front desk, and the staff said they would review the security camera footage to find out who was responsible. They also offered to move us to a different room. The next day, I followed up with a receptionist to see if they had found any explanation for what happened, but the response was simply: no. Actually, we didn’t feel safe staying in the room, but since it was just a one-day visit to Istanbul, we decided not to spend our time changing hotels.

The staff was very nice and tolerant, the hotel location is suitable, the rooms are quiet, the breakfast needs to add more dishes and improve more.
